I’ve always struggled with motion sickness, whether it’s long car rides, or even flights. I’ve tried everything from over-the-counter medication to wristbands, but nothing worked as well as these. They’re a total game changer!

These work quite well but taste isn't the best
So on the plus side, these work quite well at helping relieve motion sickness. The ingredients look solid and taking them does help. You can use these wherever you might get motion sickness, including car rides, boats, airplanes, etc. The ginger that's added is doing a lot of the work and the strawberry flavoring helps mask that. It's still more ginger than strawberry though, so it doesn't taste the best, although I guess that depends on how much you like or dislike ginger flavor. Also they are kind of hard and aren't that easy to chew. Overall though they work which is what is important.
Power Grain Travel and Motion Sickness Tablets
I had difficulty with my stomach on a flight, so I saved this box until my next flight and things went much better. The flavor isn't my favorite, but they worked and I had no discomfort on my flight. I'm storing these in my suitcase to use for my next trip. I'd recommend these!
Effective but taste makes them a little hard to take
Sometimes I find that taking some Pepto-Bismol can help when I have some nausea and stomach issues but you can’t always carry a little refrigerator around and liquids can be messy, especially if Pepto-Bismol leaks or spills. They do have the little chewable tablets and are normally out of them when I’m at the drugstore. When having an un easy stomach and starting to get nauseated, I tried one of these. I will say after I was able to get some in my system my stomach really did start to calm down, but it was a slow process because it was a little hard taking this. My stomach when it is already messed up I don’t want strong or really a lot of any flavor so the strong ginger and strawberry wasn’t the easiest, but I kept pushing through knowing it would make me feel better and it did.
