I mix it with water and shake thoroughly, but no matter how hard I shake, there’s always some residue left at the bottom. It also has a slightly gritty or “scratchy” texture when drinking, which might bother some users. Maybe I’m not shaking it hard enough, but this seems to be a consistent problem for me.That said, the product still works well and delivers the benefits you’d expect from creatine. Its just a good tasting, fairly priced creatine tub. It has a 5g scoop so its not fiddly with amounts and the taste is surprisingly good. Got exactly what i expected from it, minor strength gains after a few weeks of loading.

It definitely gives you a boost. But I would not get it again in savage strawberry flavour. The aroma is so strong, it’s not even strawberry anymore. It almost as you’ve opened a tin of paint. It’s in my kitchen cupboard and I can still smell it in my living room. So will try some other flavours. Hopefully they are not all the same.

Delivered very fast, when i tried it I found you could mix it well without any annoying clumps at the bottom of your drink. I think if you don’t like very sweet drinks this is not for you but if you do this is perfect. It tastes great!
