No faffing about trying to find an elusive 'sweet spot' to get the darn ball oscillating, and robust in its twist-off, perforated cap, so I won't have to reinforce the mechanism that closes it with epoxy resin to stop it falling apart.I've been using the Airphysio device for months and whilst it effected an improvement, I still find it infuriating to get into the exact position, with the pipe thing at exactly the right angle and with exactly the right pressure of exhalation for the darn ball to oscillate. This Opep device worked immediately, no faff, obvious oscillation, so much so that with the same weight ball as the other thing, I got light headed and needed to adjust it.This is worth it. It says it should last 6 months but it looks and feels far more robust than the very expensive version, that cracked and broke within a few weeks. Highly recommended.

Well what can I say , quality of plastic is tremendously good, the product is 4 times cheaper than leading brands, there’s no cap to cover the mouth piece, but for the low cost I can live with that. I had my doubts, but I’ve been using it 24hrs, I did feel a little a bit funny at first, but watching you tube videos on how to use it helped, and the results are amazing, I’ve definitely coughed and feel much loser in the chest area, I’ve also used my salbutamol less, which is a plus, I wish I’d ordered one sooner.

The item is fine works as it should, is it a benefit for my health? not sure its a bit early to tell its a bit like building muscles in a gym you have to use it a lot to strengthen your lungs. and the excises will make you cough a bit. its not an instance life changer. I wish you well on your journey.

Fantastic, it's a brilliant idea for anyone with breathing difficulties. My husband has used one of these before, it helped his breathing and with encouragement he's using it again so I decided to get this as a spare but he's using this one, it's smaller and feels nice when holding it. Having 3 different sizes of the ball it great. Like the blue colour.
