A good value bottle with plenty of tablets, they are a bit in the large side with no snap lines but after the first few days you barely notice.No horrible flavours to speak of and will be my go-to brand for magnesium from now on.

Magnesium is crucial for a number of the body's functions to operate as they should.As a result of dietary restrictions I don't get the amount of magnesium in my daily diet that I should - hence the reason for seeking out a quality supplement.In terms of provenance and quality, this one ticks the right boxes.The suggested daily intake of this particular supplement is two capsules, which delivers 208mg and therefore delivers about 55% recommended daily quantity of 400-420mg for men and closer to 67% of the recommended 310-320mg for women.As I get some magnesium from other sources (but not nearly enough), I am looking for something to top up the shortfall. In my case the recommended 2 capsules per day is just about right to deliver the amount required to cover that shortfall.At the current price of £15.99 for 120 capsules this costs around 27p per day (based on 2 capsules per day). I have previously used other good quality magnesium supplements with a daily dosage broadly in line with the level of my daily shortfall that have only cost me around 7p per day, so these work out quite a bit more expensive and it could be worth your while to shop around.I hope you find these comments helpful.

I take magnesium every day and so it is important to me that the pills or capsules are easy to swallow and dont taste horrible,. I am glad to say that these capsules have no discerin=ble taste and I can swallow them easily without water.You need to take two of these each day. You get a two month supply so they are decent value too

Wer auf der Suche nach Kapseln zum befüllen ist, teurer Spass. Mg glycinat war keins darin.
Der Inhalt der Kapseln hat mit dem versprochenen ma bisglycinat leider kaum etwas gemein, schmeckt nach Magnesium oxid mit etwa 90% sonstigem füllpulver. Wer jemals echtes glycinat oder bysglycinat in Pulver form besass, erkennt den ekelhaften und starken Eigengeschmack dieses sonst genialen Magnesium Formulats. Müsste sich auch in Wasser lösen, und zu einer milchigen Flüssigkeit werden. Der Preis war zu gut um ein Produkt wie versprochen zu rechtfertigen, hoffte wenigstens auf ein leicht gestricktes chelat Magnesium, doch davon bekommt man höchstens einen noch höherer Bedarf dieses Minerals, da es echt nervig ist überhaupt noch ein Präparat zu finden welches den Angaben entspricht. Schade…
