Really simple to cut down to size if needed with the sizes on the bottom. Very durable and worth the money.

Comfortable insoles, really helped with my plantar fasciitis. Perfect fit for my shoes, there always no need to adjust the sizing for mine. Didn’t slip, but after a while they gradually lost their bounce.
