I recently purchased a couple of these vibrant neon blue drives for my Blink Sync Module, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I'm a long-time fan of Integral memory products but had never tried their USB sticks until I bought the Integral 32GB Neon Yellow USB 2.0 Flash Drive. Despite being USB 2.0 and not the fastest option, the price of £4.75 for 32GB makes it incredibly cost-effective.Initially, I used this USB drive to send photos and videos to a friend. Once it was returned, I discovered how great it is for watching media on my TV. You simply download the content onto your laptop or PC, transfer it to the USB drive, and plug it into the USB port on your TV (if supported). It couldn’t be easier and eliminates the need for additional streaming devices.The drive’s neon yellow colour is a practical feature, making it easy to find among other items. It’s compact and well-made, with a sturdy feel that inspires confidence in its reliability. The data transfer speed is sufficient for everyday use, and I haven’t encountered any issues with file integrity. I needed a cheap and cheerful 64GB USB 3.0 flash drive and this Integral caught my eye because:1. It's neon pink2. Has a flashing activity LED3. Comes with a 2 year warranty4. It only cost £12This Integral USB 3.0 flash drive retail packed and the casing is entirely plastic, but it's quite thick and feel very sturdy with no flexing. The flashing red activity LED isn't shy either and encased under the plastic at the tip end which also houses a loop for attaching a strap.The cap doesn't click very securely and there's nowhere to put it when taken off but the flash drive is compact so you should be able to squeeze two of these together in adjacent USB ports. It is a USB 3.0 device and gets quite warm during sustained activity but this is the same with pretty much all USB 3.0 flash drives.On to the read write speeds which are advertised as up to 130 MB/s read and 20 MB/s write. Crystal Disk Mark reports the following under 64-bit Windows 7:Read MB/sSeq Q32T1: 133.34KiB Q8T8: 13.144KiB Q32T1: 12.544KiB Q1T1: 11.92Write MB/sSeq Q32T1: 14.394KiB Q8T8: 0.2804KiB Q32T1: 0.0294KiB Q1T1: 0.036Write speeds are pretty poor but as I'm using the flash drive for long term storage, it won't be written to very often so I can live with that. Added bonus is the neon pink colour so if you lose it on a foggy day, chances are that it won't be tood hard to find.

Habe den 1TB Stick mit dem Label „Integral“ getestet (mit ChrystalDiskMark) über USB 3.0.Die Größe stimmt. Habe ihn allerdings vorher von exFat32 auf NTFS umformatiert. Es stehen mit Standard-Clustergröße noch 937GB zur Verfügung. Ich betreibe ihn mit Verschlüsselung wobei sequenzielles Lesen mit 125MB/s und sequenzielles Schreiben mit 50MB/s erfolgt, also wie für die Hardware angegeben, für Schreiben sogar höher. Random Lesen und Schreiben ist dagegen extrem langsam mit 4MB/s Lesen und 1,3MB/s Schreiben, typisch für USB-Sticks. Kommt also darauf an, wie er verwendet wird, nur bloß keine Fragmentierung. Soweit die maximalen Geschwindigkeiten aus dem HW-Testbetrieb.In der Praxis unter Windows sieht es allerdings so aus, als bräuchte der Controller zum Schreiben viel mehr Zeit. Das Schreiben eines 800GB Backups mit üblichen unterschiedlichen Filegrößen dauert ca. 30 Stunden. Praktische Schreibgeschwindigkeit 7,5MB/s.Fazit:Backup Schreiben auf eine USB 3.0 Festplatte oder externe SSD ist natürlich um Größenordnungen schneller und sinnvoller. Aber wer nur einmal schreibt, das Lesen ist unter Windows mit 105MB/s vollkommen ok. Da andere USB-Sticks auch nicht schneller sind, ist Preis Leistung bei 1TB noch in Ordnung.
