I love all things data and have been using the Ultrahuman ring for over a week now. I do love my Apple Watch but I fear that it lacks real insight into my body.What truly stands out is the data depth. The Ultrahuman app delivers a massive range of insights with an impressive level of detail. From sleep quality to metabolic health and stress levels, the ring doesn’t just tell you what’s happening—it tells you why. And it all syncs effortlessly with my phone, so I’m never more than a few taps away from understanding how my body is doing.The Caffeine Window: Game-ChangerOne of the most underrated yet great features is the caffeine window. Using real-time circadian rhythm data and your recovery metrics, the ring tells you the ideal time to start and stop caffeine each day, with recommendations of drinks to have. I’ve found this to be a game-changer for improving my sleep onset and overall recovery. After research i thought this ring was best, the app is amazing and useful rather than just a data collection tool. The analytics are great and very comfortable to wear, battery life around 5 to 6 days.
1.0 out of 5 stars If I could this product no stars I would! Do not buy!
At first the ring worked perfectly and seemed like a great buy for the price compared to other similar products in the market. However, after just 1 week of use the ring just stopped working. It would not connect to my phone and therefore was rendered useless. I contacted Ultrahuman and they sent a replacement ring out free of charge after quite a bit of back and forth. This next ring worked for about a month and then I had the same issue, not connecting to my phone. I then requested a refund as I was not happy with the quality of the item, great concept but does not work!This is where the real problems started. Ultrahumam agreed to reimburse me for my purchase. However, after weeks and weeks of back and forth, I have still not received a refund. The customer service team have asked me to confirm my bank details 4 times and each time they have said thank you we have sent this across to the relevant team who will process your refund, each time nothing happens and they request my bank details again. The level of service is shocking, they cannot process a simple refund. At this point I do not think I will ever see my refund as the customer service team are totally inept.I would avoid at all cost, unless you want to have a product that works great for only 1 month maximum and never be able to claim a refund if you are unhappy.

Bought this fitness ring after doing my research. I wanted a tracker I could wear at work, as I have to be bare below the elbow, so my Apple Watch is redundant. I like the sleep tracker, it gives a lot of data that seems pretty accurate. The step and heart rate monitoring both seem reliable too. However I’m disappointed in the colour. The gold is really quite brassy and very shiny. I have small hands so found it a little chunky at first but am used to that now and find it comfortable to wear. I wanted a ring without a subscription and on the whole am happy with this one. It was easy to download the app and link the ring on my phone. It charges quickly and lasts for approximately 4 days, but there are different modes that can increase battery life. One improvement would be a portable charging case, but other than that, this ring does what I wanted it to.

This ring has been perfect from the moment it arrived, the sizing is spot on from the ring sizers you can order. Battery lasts me 3 days and charges within 2-3hrs, really loving the app that supports it which is free for basic stats on sleep, steps, stress levels, and much much more, only some extras are payable, the reason I chose this ring is because it’s subscription free from the start, they’re updating the app add-ons all the time. It also keeps me on track with my sleeping habits making sure I make up my sleep debt, it also tells you when your temperature is high and predicts illness, honestly it’s brilliant and synchronises with Apple health too. I can’t wear an Apple Watch due to black tattoo ink on my wrist so this ring is a perfect alternative, it’s also waterproof!

手首にウェアラブルバンドを使ってたのですが、寝てる時につけているのが嫌だったので、スマートリングにしました、軽くて付け心地もよく、今のところは気にいってます。スマートリングのブランドとしては、海外ではそれなりに人気があるようですね。アプリの表示項目は多くて、よくある活動量以外に回復や睡眠は細かいデータが表示されます。睡眠改善が目的で購入したのですが、朝に振り返ると、前日の活動量や飲酒、寝た時間の影響など良かったり悪かった気付きがあります。またPowerplugsといわれる追加機能で、睡眠に関連するようなカフェイン摂取の推奨時間帯がみれたり、日光浴の時間記録、スマホのスクリーンタイムの可視化、体内時計のリズムなどいろいろな機能があり、まだ上手く使いこなせてないですが、睡眠の質向上に活かせたらなと思ってます。バッテリーは3日前後といった感じです、追加機能をオンにしてたり、アプリもよく見るほうだと思うので、仕事中に座ってるときに2、3日に1回充電してます。リングの中には安いのもいろいろあるようですが、データが数値やグラフで細かく表示され、追加機能もありお値段するだけの高機能なリングだなと思ってます。月額料金がかからないのもいいですね。睡眠改善と、回復も意識して使い続けたいなと思います。

I love the color and how it feels on my hand. Not to mention how I find the app to be easy to navigate and appreciate how (thought it’s in the beta stage) I can track my workouts, not just runs/walks. For battery, I find that it lasts long and I usually pop it on the charger while I’m in the shower and it’s good to go for a few days. The app is easy to understand and I’m so happy I made this purchase vs. the Oura ring. I was doing research for both, but was totally turned off by the Oura’s monthly subscription. The UH ring is better, cuter, and subscription-free. Totally recommend. My only thing is that for cycle tracking, the UH ring only synchs with one period tracking app, which is not the one I use, so I don’t use my ring to track my cycles.
