Im not saying these small capsules are pain relief but do dull the pain when taken regularly 2 capsules come in boxes of thirty brown/ yellow(turmeric) easy to swallow Part of my monthly subscrition so have nothing more to add

Although the weather has been good which makes a difference to the pain level anyway. I do feel that after more than a week of taking these capsules, (they are easily swallowed) they have made a difference.
