The coffee bag was opened and beans were flying freely in the box. Because the packaging was probably opened for a while (since it has been packed), the taste of coffe is compromised. It does not taste fresh and the flavour is blunt. I wanted to replace the coffee beans, but it is not eligible for a refund, so I'm stuck with a 22£ coffee that will probably end up in bin, a great shame and disappointment.AN UPDATEI am changing the the rate to 4 starts for the coffee quality itself l, as the seller have sent me a new bag, this time sealed properly. Now, I can say, that the taste is chocolatey, very little acidic and not very strong, so if you don't like acidic coffees, this one might for you.

Coffee Masters roasts great coffee, but these particular beans just seem weak and bland, even knowing that it's easy drinking 3/5 strength.Edit: After leaving this review, the Coffee Masters Team sent me a message to address my concerns. I'm very impressed by their customer service!

I'm not a coffee drinker, personally. But I ordered these to bring to work for my colleagues. We are lucky enough to have a bean to cup coffee machine in our kitchen, and the response I've had had been extremely positive! "When are you bringing in more of that coffee?"Honestly? That's all the recommendation you need!

I decided to give this a try due to the write up of the description.The coffee smelt great after grinding but sadly the taste of bitter chocolate just lingered and lingered for ages after drinking. I failed to detect any notes of citrus at all and the taste of bitter chocolate overwhelmed the coffee itself.If you are a big fan of chocolate then this coffe may well suit you, sadly not me and believe me I am a big chocolate!
