Completely flavourless which is amazing, it is great for me because I hate taking pills. Yet to see if it actually works for my pcos symptoms but so far so good! Only downside is you do need 2 scoops a day if you want to reach the recommended 4000mg dosage. I’ve signed up for subscriptions to get it every month but not sure if the tub will last a whole month due to it being on the small side.

I’ve been taking myo and d chiro inositol for a few months and I have never felt better! I tried this brand and got them in beadlets form and powder form. Not sure if it’s the dosage but the powder gives me terrible heartburn and acid reflux!! But the beadlets are amazing I’d absolutely recommend, the only negative is the smaller dose and having to take 4 to reach 1g when the recommended dose for PCOS is apparently 4g (I’ve noticed improvement taking just 1-2g daily but in case anyone here takes 4g you’d need to take 16 tablets)

I took this supplement along with the peach perfect multivitamins and together they started my period within two weeks. I’ve been taking the peach perfect vitamins for about a year now and haven’t had any success with started my period until I added in this product to my daily routine. It dissolves perfectly into any beverage and has no taste. I usually mix mine in with my protein shake each morning!
Use by doctor recommendations
I am using it in combination with Dim estrogen, of which I take two a day and of Din only one and I have noticed changes in my sleep (my insomnia was terrible) and I am already starting to see changes in my diet. Of course you have to do your part. You too, it's not that you are going to continue eating all the sweets you want and you are going to continue eating fatty foods. Note: Eating something strong to drink can give you a stomach ache.
I’ll buy it again
I think this crap works…? I received it in the mail 4days before my period was supposed to start. My period never started and came late. My period is terrible right now but I can’t tell if it’s from the supplement or it progressively getting worse with every birth. I will say I’m sleeping better and my skin looks SO much better!! I used to get that dreaded hormonal acne on my jaw and occasionally on my shoulders. It’s completely gone. I’ve been back into my CrossFit training routine so I’ll have to update weight loss after a longer time spend but it’s only been a little over a week. 🤷🏻♀️ it doesn’t taste like anything I mix it with plain water and chug the bottle. I will update my review after a longer time using it.
PCOS
I highly recommend this product.I was diagnosed with PCOS. After 2 weeks of taking the pills I literally started my menstrual cycle exactly 12:30 am july 1st after not having a cycle for over a year. The micro beads works very well with my body.
Has improved sleep dramatically
I am Keto/Canivore and I was looking for supplement that supports sleep. This is the ticket- 2 before bed and I’m sleeping with much less waking and deeper sleep and more REM.
