If like me you use a lot of AI information to get the truth behind the hype then you should discover that this Organic product can help support digestive health and other important aspects of our well being in a range of important areas.I have used these before and was impressed then and still am thanks to the third party lab testing and Vegan, organic, with no additives. Like many people who have reviewed this product just make sure you drink enough water when taking this as Glucomannan Capsules binds a lot of water in the stomach.Good value, easy to take (for me) and no real taste either.

I know results vary from person to person but this helped reduce my tendency to over eat as I feel fuller soo er than usual.Natural and organic made this a huge plus for me.The capsules are a bit on the big side so I need more water to swallow it. You need water to boost effectiveness anyway.No adverse side effects felt after a week of taking it. No heartburn and bloating.So far so good for me.

I'm knocking this supplement down, not because it's probably good for what it is, but because it isn't absolutely, patently clear how many 'extras' there are in the formula. You think it's glucommanan + chromium + zinc right? Well you're wrong. When will I learn? Read the small print carefully before purchase.I’m a great fan of glucommanan, not only for aiding satiety when watching my weight but also for it’s gut benefits which are both well documented. This supplement should have made me very happy, but alas I failed to read the small print & I now find it’s a whole lot more than simple glucommanan with some elements.I looked at the product description title & took it that this is a glucommanan + chromium + zinc cap with no additives. No additives stangely means additives it seems, but not ones we’re going to make patently aware of until it’s too late.This supplement contains mushroom extracts. Shitake & oyster mushrooms. Plus curry leaves. Plus parsley. Plus holy basil. Plus coconut milk. Correct me if I’m wrong but that sounds like a whole lot of additives to me. This makes me mildly furious. These ingredients should be in your face obviously listed. I admit there is a box on the side of the listing with some of them mentioned but you really do need to read the small print to get the rest of the list which is pretty extensive.For those who, like me, are allergic to mushrooms or certain of the other ingredients be wiser than me. I do tend to be more careful when reading supplement ingredient lists but failed this time.Fail.

Personally I always find Chromium supports my weight loss as it seems to stabilize my blood sugar therefore reduce cravings. Half the battle sometimes. It seems to make me feel full quicker as well. Easy to swallow capsules and I recommend trying.

1ère utilisation à voir avec le temps

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗮.No sé si hablar primero del Glucomanano en general o de las cosas extrañas que veo en este suplemento. Comentaré primero de forma resumida lo "raro", luego hablaré del Glucomanano y volveré a lo extraño.No veo normal que sean 90 cápsulas 💊 y te digan "Tomar 3 cápsulas 3 veces al día antes de las comidas", y no solo porque de esa manera duraría solo 10 días y sale caro, que también, sino porque me parece dosis excesiva e incómodo con tanta cápsula 💊, pero luego volveremos a esto.El glucomanano funciona como saciante ya que es una fibra que se expande en contacto con agua y crea ese efecto de saciedad. Además, le han añadido Zinc y Cromo que ayudan con el metabolismo de grasas y carbohidratos y a mantener niveles normales de glucosa en sangre. Luego ya depende de si solo queremos saciarnos para no comer más o si además queremos perder peso, en este último caso, el glucomanano solo hace de saciante, no reduce grasas. Y aunque tuviera ese efecto, habría que acompañarlo de una dieta y ejercicio, milagros no hay.El producto en sí, funciona, es saciante, aunque a mí con tomar solo en comida y cena (no veo necesario desayuno y/o almorzar y merienda si la tomas) y una cápsula por comida, me resulta suficiente.Pero lo de las 9 cápsulas 💊 diarias lo veo excesivo e incómodo y, además, hace que salga muy caro. En cuanto a la dosis de 4000 mg, es cierto que entra dentro de lo recomendado por muchos (2-4 g), pero por ejemplo la EFSA (Autoridad Europea de Seguridad Alimentaria si traducimos el acrónimo en inglés), recomienda 3 g diarios. De cualquier manera, entra dentro de lo seguro. La cuestión es que aunque quieras tomar esa dosis (ya he dicho que a mí con menos me vale), otros suplementos utilizan muchas menos cápsulas 💊 diarias (~6) y además el bote tiene muchas más cápsulas 💊. Este es al revés, tiene menos que otros de la competencia y además recomiendan usar más, con lo que tomando la misma dosis, tienes que tragar más cápsulas, que acaba siendo incómodo. Y siguiendo sus instrucciones, en 10 días adiós bote, con lo que es caro comparado con otros suplementos similares.Además, no especifican la dosis por cápsula, solo por dosis diaria. Que sí, que son matemáticas básicas, pero no creo que cueste tanto.Lo dicho, es efectivo, pero caro si realmente tomas lo recomendado, así que para mí eso le baja la nota mucho.✅👍 Alta dosis de glucomanano (4000 mg).✅👍 Zinc y cromo de origen natural.✅👍 Fabricación con normas HACCP, sin aditivos sintéticos, vegano 🥦, sin OMG.❌👎Dosis de 9 cápsulas al día poco práctica y el bote se acabaría en 9 días 📅❌👎Si se siguen esas instrucciones, sale más caro que la mayoría de productos parecidos.
