Weβre talking deep purple, full-blown drama queen of a bruise that looked like I lost a cage fight with a wardrobe. People were gasping in Tesco. Children stared. I considered makeup tutorials.Then enters the hero: 5Kind Arnica Cream.This wasnβt just a cream β this was divine intervention in a tube. I applied it skeptically, expecting the usual βgentle reliefβ nonsense. NOPE. This cream got to work like it had a personal vendetta against bruises.Within 24 hours, the swelling reduced.By day two, the colour had started to fade like a washed-up 90s boyband.By day three, my skin looked so normal, I questioned if Iβd hallucinated the entire thing.It absorbs quickly, smells fresh (not medicinal), and doesnβt leave that weird greasy film that makes you slide off the couch. This 5kind Arnica skin cream is amazing. I had a massive bruise on my arm from Archery. After less than a week of using the cream twice a day then bruise was significantly reduced. Uploading pictures to show this as I couldn't believe it myself. I would certainly recommend this product.

I got this for my husband after a foot injury, it speeded up the bruising process and turned colour quicker than it should have naturally, less swelling in toes after a couple of days. Iβd recommend using it.

I always manage to get bruises all the time due to dogs, gardening or just plain clumsiness. Arnica cream is the answer if you want to get rid of them quickly. The size is right for someone like me as I had bought a tube before but went through it quite quickly. Itβs really effective and the smell isnβt overpowering.

6 days apart!!!!Incredible cream, would highly recommend. Iβve been having deep tissue massages for an injury and also on blood thinners resulted in deep bruising which left me really self conscious and trying to hide these bruises. I applied the cream 3 times everyday and this is my results after 6 days. Almost completely back to normal and ready for my holidays! Smells insane too π

This gel actually works.A few days ago I have fractured my ankle. Bruising and swelling has been really bad. Used this gel for two days only and bruising is almost gone and swelling has greatly improved.The smell is pretty strong but very pleasant.
