Quality Bluetooth headset. I like the two options of using either Bluetooth or usb connection via Bluetooth to connect to a laptop/pc. I use these for my home and work laptops. Syncing home via Bluetooth and work via usb Bluetooth enables me to seemlessly use on both devices without and connection issues.The headphones are comfy but like most do cause ear pain for those of us wearing glasses. For the manufacturers out there, please make some headphones which are comfy with those of us who wear glasses. This is a daily struggle.I charge these maybe once a week, not really tested to see if it gives the number of hours stated before needing charging. I will test it one week to see. But I regularly have meetings and charging once a week doesn't result in a dead battery in between charges. The added benefit of being type c connection means I can use my laptop charger to charge the headphones.The headphones are light, with the audio quality clear, including the microphone quality. Very good value for money.The durability of the headphones seem solid, and the microphone is able to be moved around to adjust for comfort. You can also adjust the frame to fit the size of your head.I found the flexible ear muffs a bit challenging at first to put on, but once you find the right adjustment they stay perfectly on your head without requiring any adjustments, and are very snug.

It works, it is essentially plug and play and connects pretty easily. The sound is clear and the microphone seems good. The first use i didn't realise but it boosted the sound to 100 and I was testing it with music so that was dangerous and quite painful and I unfortunately was on a system that doesn't display the volume so completely unaware it had gone up before pressing play. I'd previously had it set low and wasn't aware it had changed so would recommend you check that first if you buy these and set it up the first time. Another annoying point is the voice (says on/off, battery low, mute on/off etc) is loud (uncomfortably so) and I can't seem to find a way to turn it down. It also hurts my ears quite a bit from pressure and I have to wear these for work so long use. I end up with really sore ears at the end of the day. Overall I would say they are a great noise cancelling headset, especially for the price. I just wish they didn't press to my ears quite so tightly and there was a way to turn the noise of the automated voice down.

Very happy with the purchase, good price as I saw many other options doubling the price, this does the job. Good noise cancelling and I love having the charging station so I don’t forget to charge them, they are comfortable to use.

Just no good. Works fine with Discord, but as soon as I go in my favourite game, the game's sound crackles and drops and splutters, then works for a but, then drops and crackles again... awful.

This headset has great potential.Noise cancelling: the speakers work really well, but the microphone picks up a lot of ambient soundSound quality: excellent for both the wearer and the person at the other end of the callCompatibility: can't seem to make the headset the default audio device on our computers, and it often drops off the list of available devices. Pulling the USB out of the desktop and reinserting generally does the trick, but it's an unnecessary extra step (two extra steps actually, as you have to pair the headset again after that)Comfort: they're quite tight, even after lots of adjustment, which helps with the noise cancelling but leads to a sore ear if your meeting ends up being a long oneCharging: a bit fiddly when attaching to the charger, but they hold the charge a long timeManual: using this headset would be so much easier if Wantek had used a professional English translation serviceConclusion: the headsets will work for our office for the time being, but we will be looking to upgrade soon, these are just too fiddly

The microphone stopped working after 2 months. Until then, they were very good, same quick to set up on my laptop. But very unhappy about the fault happening so soon.

I also use them for webinars so I have some privacy while either on Zoom or on a webinar. They are very comfortable, have excellent sound, are very easy to put on and take off. Everything I was looking for.

Solid binaural headset for MP3 players, phones, computers

I wanted this headset to listen to my Sansa MP3 player and am very happy with it. Build quality is excellent, it's a solid piece of equipment. All features as displayed on the web site are there and work.The cable has adequate length, is quite capable to hold the set when it falls off my head, and the flexible reinforcement between cable and headset and cable and plug is solid. The cable clip goes on my shirt and takes strain off the cable connections on both ends.When using the set with my MP3 player I don't need the mic, so I like how the boom folds up to be parallel to the headband and out of the way. It stays where I put it. When in the car, I wrap the cable around the rearview mirror and it holds the MP3 player. Five hours of continuous wear happens quite often and the set is comfortable. Since it is an on-the-ear design I can still hear the traffic (sirens, etc.). Not sure if the heat would consider it distracted driving.There is tension on the head band so some may find it too tight. I wore it over sunglasses and was fine, no discomfort from pressure points. Adjustment to get the ear pieces over the ears is easy and flexible.I tried the set on my cell (Samsung Galaxy S8) as well, and it works nicely. Call answer button works as expected, and so does the volume control.Included in the package was a 4-inch adapter with 3.5 mm (f) on one end and 2.5 mm (m) on the other.This allows me to use the set with my Plantronics CT-14 portable home phone set. Works way better than the original monaural Plantronics headset, which is prone to break the cable where it attaches to the ear piece.I now own two sets and use one permanently on my Plantronics (this one I bought with 2.5 mm plug to avoid the adapter) and the other in the car for the MP3 and the cell. Well worth the investment.

I was in need of a replacement headset as one current one died after a few years of use. Here is why I rated these so well...Pro's:1) Light weight2) Sound quality is great3) mic boom swings 330 degrees so you can choose which side you want it on4) Ear cups are small and very comfortable on the earsCon's:1) The mute button doesn't have a light or indicator on it. While it does come with a clip so that you can clip it close to your clothing, the possibility exists you might accidentally hit the mute button and there is no indicator on the headset that it is active. I still rate this 5 because the items above were the most important to me. However, this headset would have been a grand slam homerun if there was an LED indicator or some other mechanism to indicate the mute button was depressed.

Pretty good low cost option

I did get to use this product and overall, I am pleased. I am not one to nit-pick because if I was looking for something "premium" then I would not have hesitated to purchase a product from a competitor at over $115. That is not going to help me. This product though does have room for improvement, as every product most likely does. To be fair, I was not overly impressed with the sound quality, but again, this is not a premium high-end surround sound headset. It was very hollow and kind of far away sounding no matter if I plugged the jack into my tablet, laptop, or cellphone. I would not use this headset as my go-to for listening to music because it would be very disappointing and basic. For phone calls and phone sales, which is why I purchased the product, I think my rating of 3 is fair. The noise cancellation was decent per what the people on the other end stated they could or could not hear (tv in another room, loud voices nearby, the radio playing in another room, me rustling papers away from the headset mic). I think it gets the job done better than what I was doing before this purchase which was to make phone calls or Zoom calls using the speaker mode or speakerphone on my actual phone. That was awful and caused me to look for a low-cost option to eliminate that. I do not care for volume controls outside of what is on the device that I am using. So my rating of 4 is where it will remain. Oh yeah, I have smallish ears and I still found the headset to be a little bit small for my liking. I have other over-the-ear headsets (no mic) and I prefer something more substantial to cover my ears, personally. If these on-ear headphones were a little bit larger, I think that would satisfy the desires of a lot more people.
