While designed for shoulders and neck areas, I've found it incredibly effective on my legs and on my back too. What truly sets this massager apart, though, is its immediate impact, it's remarkably quiet despite being incredibly powerful, and the heat setting is a wonderful bonus that enhances the relaxation.The most incredible testament to this massager comes from my mum. She's been struggling with severe knee pain for the past month, making even simple movements excruciating. After just one session with this massager on her knee, she experienced instant relief, and the pain was significantly alleviated. The transformation was so immense that she's now feeling confident enough to go on a walking holiday in Madeira in just three days, a trip she thought was entirely out of the question just a few days ago! I love it! Being cordless I can take it to work with me for my breaktime!Firm and thorough, versatile - you can do calves, lower back, thighs and I've used it on my head for an Indian head massage! Considering that this battery massager is battery powered it is very powerful and does exactly what it says on the box. The heat function works surprisingly well and the massage nodes can be moved to wherever they are best needed. In addition to the massage types shown in the manual (Neck, shoulders and lower back positions using the straps provided) I have found that holding the massager over my, occasionally painful, knee has a soothing and pain relieving effect. In fact there are a number of body positions on which this device can be used to relieve pain with its combination of heat and massage. The battery lasts well too and the charging indications are clear and helpful to show when the battery is charging or fully charged. Considering its modest price this is a great piece of equipment and is beautifully made and put together, as are my other two Comfier items of massage equipment.

The media could not be loaded. What an amazing product! I couldn't be happier, it feels like someone is literally massaging your neck and shoulders and the heat is amazing. I'd reccomend this to anyone. Plus you can easily reposition it with the hand holds. Relaxing, pain relieving, easy to use, no annoying wires. Excellent!

Bought for my wife to with her eye and head massager.It's a real big hit, and I couldn't be more pleased to see her happy.Two modes, 3 heat settings, and 2 speed settings. Can hold it down with your own arm weight, or strap it around to the rear to secure it hands free.3 year extended warranty too.USB C connection to charge.Only had it one day, so we'll see longevity, but purchasing from Bolo (along with the warranty), and issues I'll just complain down the line but hopefully won't have to cross that bridge.Very good ๐๐ป

I regret purchasing this neck massager for my uncle as a Christmas gift. The product failed to live up to my expectations despite my initial excitement and belief that it would provide relief for him.Firstly, the massager claimed to have a warm-up function. However, pressing the warm-up button only turned on the lights and no heat was generated whatsoever. This was a major disappointment and greatly reduced the effectiveness of the massager.Secondly, the handles of the massager were too short, making it uncomfortable for my uncle to hold while it was operating. This was particularly problematic for older individuals like my uncle as it added to their discomfort.Furthermore, the massager had a long label attached to the handle that bothered the user unless they cut it. This was an unnecessary and annoying feature that added to the overall poor quality of the product.Overall, this neck massager was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone. It completely ruined my Christmas surprise and left me feeling extremely disappointed. It failed to deliver the promised relief and the warmth feature which is a basic requirement for a neck massager. It is not suitable for older people or anyone who is looking for a comfortable and effective massager.
