Excellent heated eye mask for tired ,irritated eyes. Very easy to use. One button does it all. 3 heat settings and each one turns off after a set time and the battery is meant to last for two hours, that's at least 6 uses before charging. It flashes green when it needs charging, flashes red whilst charging. Does not flash while in use unless it needs charging. Very comfortable with adjustable elastic band

Comfortable fit and the outer material is soft and gentle on the eyes and skin. Quality is good so far but the test of time and usage will determine that. So far it is value for money. The product is lightweight and the packaging is smart.

Easy to use and does the job. Fits well, and the cover can be washed. I have severe dry eye and use this with eye cream, and eye drops It seems to be working.The advice came from ChatGPT. It’s like having a doctor or pharmacist on speed dial.

Right from the start I loved this product. However it has simply become less and less eficient, and now I dont even notice the warmth, it is smply a mask. Sadly I am 5 days beyond return window; lesson learned. Not a big Bolo user, will have to think carefully in future. So frustrating when a product simply ceases to function correctly.

This eye mask is brilliant. I have others that go in the microwave but don’t use them often enough. I have Blepharitis and the ease of keeping this beside my bed charged and using it morning and night is a game changer. It heats in seconds, is really comfortable and just turns off when the time is up. Absolutely fantastic and has helped me so much. It deserves 5 stars but I can’t seem to get it to do 5

My GP advised me to get a heated eye mask when I had an eye infection and to use it 4 times a day. After reading up on them, I opted for the SooQi Smart Heated Eye Mask. Overall, I'm very pleased with it and once I'd got used to using it I found it comfortable and so relaxing that I've even fallen asleep wearing it! However, and this is why I've only given it 4 stars, falling asleep isn't always desirable and it would be a great help if there was an optional 'finished' buzzer, or something, as there's no way of knowing it's done until it starts to cool down. In the meantime, to stop me falling asleep when using the mask, I'll continue setting my phone alarm as well.

Very soothing

At last!! A way to soothe my old tired eyes after too much time reading or being on my tablet. I am a self admitted old lady who has eye strain from time to time. Prior to these chargeable heated eye masks, I used a washcloth heated in the microwave. By the time I toddled to my recliner, the cloth was barely warm. This SooQi rechargeable cordless (YAY!) eye mask is just what I needed!! It charges fast too! I do wish the charging cord was a bit longer, but that is my only caution. I love this mask and it was worth every cent! No more dripping, barely warm wash cloths for this old broad!

Great that it can be used without cord. Allows travel when mic not available as needed for other dry eye masks.Only concern is putting battery on face. May not be a problem as it is so small.

I am enjoying my purchase so much. I have dry eyes and have been using a prescribed drop twice a day for some time now. There are side effects with the drops. This heated eye mask is wonderful for me. I don’t need to use the drops as much and no side effects from the eye mask. The heat feels great and very relaxing for tired eyes at the end of the day. It is pillowy soft and lays on my eyes in just the right places. Charging is easy and quick, however I wish the USB cord was a little longer. I charge it about every 6 sessions or three days.I highly recommend this product.
