Brought it for my mom. So far so good - after reading other reviews I almost cancelled this order for a traditional brake leaver however the electric break seems reallyGood so far. My mom went up and down quite a steep decent and has soon as she took her hand off the throttle the scooter stopped and braked. It folds really easy. Initially struggled to turn it on the first time,Instructions not great, but once I got it working it all went very well. Summary - very good so far. Not sure what the other reviews were moaning about but also realise it’s early days.

I purchased this Scooter as I am no longer able to walk long distances with my family. I needed a scooter that was portable and also would fit int the boot of my car (Jag XF) small entry.This one fitted the bill perfectly, so far, I am very pleased with this scooter it is easy to lift and fits my boot perfectly and so far has proved reliable. Points to note are as follows:1. Comfortable ride quick on the flat and easy to control2. Not too heavy to lift I am not as strong as I was, but I can lift it easily.3. Only 250w motor so do not expect it to go up steep hills4. Large wheels make for a comfortable ride over even rough surfaces.5. Beware only a three-wheeler so can be a little unstable on very rough surfaces.6. Easy Battery removal for charging and to makes it lighter to lift easily.Assembly. When it arrived the front wheel, mud guards and front light are loose, the Allen key is provided in the bag attached to the rear of the seat. The mud guards and light were easy to attach, but the front wheel was a slight challenge. The front wheel forks on mine were too close together to allow the shims that go either side of the wheel to fit. I solved the issue by using a door lifter to prise the forks apart enough to the get the shims in place. The other issue I had is finding the charging socket on the battery, the box and instructions show it on the outside, but the battery has obviously been modified. It is in fact under the handle so unless you lift the handle you cannot see it, took me ages to find it so I thought I would help others buy telling you where it is.

Instructions very poor, I had to work it out myself. No Instructions to remove battery to charge up.Seat uncomfortable, no padding, having to use cushion with it.Compact when folded and very nippy, takes some getting use to the accelerator.Key hole at back of scooter, so you have to turn on before you get seated. And then remember to lock when you get off, otherwise someone could just ride away with it.

I am using the Scooter because of health problems, so impressed with what it can do. Runs at controlled speed on accellerater, go's uphill no problem, its comfortable and is sturdy for its weight. easy enoughto charge up and to fold away.

Handle bar slips down brake is poor won’t climb a slope Rowell,very dangerous not stopping,,,when contacted seller it’s not a valid code label,I can’t get anywhere with any help I’m 65 disabled,and can’t go out without scooter,I need my money refund as soon as possible,please

Received scooter, good all rounder, but still heavy & bulky when foldedProduct was delivered to me in a second hand condition, scratches & obvious wear on the handleReturn for this product was diabolical- they expected me not only to pay for the return, but carry it to the post office - it weighs 25kgs!They were very unhelpful & would never buy a product from these again
