It stirs in so easily. No lumpiness.It's a really well thought out product. Quality collagen. Check. Pure C8 MCT. Check. Acacia Fibre.     I’m mid 50’s, done lots of fasting, mostly extended fasts. Use LMNT salts and collagen that I get from Ketosource. I follow a keto diet and a morning butter coffee with MCT has been a stable for a long time. It does involve the blender though so decided to try this for convenience. It’s got all the ingredients I want in one with an added bonus of fibre. Stirs in the coffee cup very easily and tastes just as creamy. Great product. Have already bought more. Would highly recommend, especially for those who use their coffee like me.

    This is a great creamer. I assume it will interrupt fasting if you’re doing bulletproof coffee. Only a very mild collagen taste but I’ve used it in smoothies and coffee. Will buy again
