The pen came in a lovely box. The colour is gorgeous. The pen is really nice to write with. The pen fits nice in my hand. It's not to heavy or too light it's just right. The ink flow is just right there's no smudging either.

Beautiful pen. The Parker Rituals IM is a very reliable fountain pen. It is smooth and doesn't seem to dry quickly if unused for a few days.

This is the most sumptuous fountain pen I have ever written with. The turquoise blue and gold trim is a stunner. It is balanced and weighted to perfection - the fine nib is preferable for daily writing whereas the medium nib for larger script. The refill fits in comfortably when you screw the barrel on. Top clips perfectly. I was raised with Parkers by my father who had beautiful handwriting. He never used anything other than a Parker : neither will I.

I have got this Parker fountain pen as a gift (because my husband knew I was looking for another Lamy fountain pen and he wanted to give me ‘’better’’ one). I struggle a bit because it was very difficult to start writing if it was not used for several days. And very soon I broke it completely by dropping it on the floor and bending the nib (it is heavy and easily slipped out of my hand). I did not want my husband to know that his gift was broken, I purchased another pen, identical one. And it was the same problem. I did not used it for two days and yesterday I spent half an hour trying to start writing. I gave up. And it had new ink cartridge, practically full.At the same time, I bought my favourite Lamy Safari. I have been using this model for several years (and never dropped them). Each pen lasts about 2 years, but it never failed to start writing, it is very comfortable in the hand, and it is much cheaper than Parker. For us it was 100 pounds spent and no pen to write after 1 month.Pro: looks cool and expensiveCon: significantly heavier than normal pens, it is important to learn to hold it much tighter than a normal pen, if you do not use it all the time, prepare to spend a lot of time to ''warm it up''.
