Dabei ist viel Wasser zwischen Behälter und Ummantelung (Isolierung) eingedrungen. Man kann nicht erkennen, wie und wo das Wasser da hineingekommen ist. Jetzt habe ich das Problem, es wieder heraus zu bekommen, aber wie?Wahrscheinlich kann ich die Maschine entsorgen. Sehr ärgerlich. 130 Euro sind wohl weg.

Il prodotto serve solo come distributore di gelato ,il gelato deve essere già preparato e congelato ( quasi ghiacciato) nel congelatore ;infatti il macchinario non ha la potenza per svolgere la sua funzione e neanche le caratteristiche tecniche.la pubblicità trae in inganno.

Ich habe das Paket sehr spät erhalten. Kaum in die Steckdose gesteckt flog mein FI Schalter raus und es stank nach verschmort. Bei genauerer Betrachtung durch einen befreundeten Elektriker stellte sich heraus, dass das Produkt keine Konformitätserklärung hat und eine CE Sicherheits Zertifizierung fehlt. Auch eine Anfrage bei dem angegebenen Kontakt führte zu keinem anderen Ergebnis. Geld habe ich bis heute nicht zurück. Sehr ärgerlich und extrem gefährlich. Bolo versprach das Produkt von der Plattform zu nehmen
Sehr gute Softeismaschine mit klarer Kaufempfehlung
Hab diese Maschine mit skeptischer Einstellungen gekauft und bin eines besseren belehrt worden.Es dauert 50 min bis das softeis fertig ist.Es macht eine schöne Eiskrone .Beim säubern muss man natürlich pingelig sein und vorne an der Maschine das Bedienteil abschrauben um an den Eisbehälter und der Spirale zu kommen um alles gründlich reinigen zu können.Ust für mich aber kein negativer Punkt im Gegenteil denn somit kann man einer gründlichen Reinigung sicher sein.Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung
