I've been supplementing with Turkesterone for almost two months, although there's been a break of a couple of weeks due to illness. I have otherwise been consistent with using it just before going to the gym, or on rest days just taking it whenever.I have noticed no significant differences in my workout, composition or fitness, but I do use other supplements so results will be difficult to assess unless it's something remarkable.I'm going to carry on, I have several brands of this supplement to get through. It's causing no problems so far.

Very good value source of turkesterone, a 30 day supply of a very high dosage for a low price. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. Its very hard for me to say though if it has had a positive benefit. I've felt good in training but its impossible really to know if the supplement has anything to do with it. Definitely I cant say there's been any very noticeable effect but also there's certainly been no negative effects.
