Bought it for lower back pain relief. It does heating and massage together. This is exactly the functionalities I need. I can feel quite relaxed after using it. I have to mention that the design is great. There is an extra mat attached that you can sit on, then the massager will not move when massaging. It is of great value for money.

Suffered with a trapped nerve for a number of weeks. Physio has helped, but this item reduces any stiffness/tension in my back/neck/shoulders. It's on my office chair, and I've been using it nearly every day since I've had it. I had to replace the elastic band as the original one wouldn't fit on my chair.

Worked for 5 minutes then stopped and wont switch back on again.Instructions are useless as they don't state that there is a automatic shut down after 15 minutes of use ( had to google for that ) but doesn't tell you how long you have to wait until you can use it again. Some google comments say its 1 hour but not for mine. I left it overnight from 2.30 pm yesterday until 7 am this morning and it wont switch back on.Returning today for refund. Very disappointed.

I have found this massager to be a little on the rough side. I don't find it particularly comfortable to use on my back. I just can't seem to get in a comfotable position.It has a strap to stop it moving on a chair.

I just used this and am very happy. I carry a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and I get a lot of headaches so I will be using this a lot. It’s nice to be able to move it around to where you need it and can also control the speed and direction. The heat setting could be better.
Fixed my back!
I have severe back problems, and this neck massager fixed the knots all on my fat rolls. It's not as strong for the neck and shoulders. I wish it would have more power.
