very powerful vacuum. Replaced a 8 yr old dyson that still worked. This one is much more powerful and picked up much more dust/dirt the other missed -allthough the old seemed to work.

Iv cottoned onto Dysons tactics - the older Dyson models like the V6 and V8 were amazing and lasted many years, dont be fooled like I was to buy one of the newer models which are specifically designed to break in such a way you have to purchased Dysons very expensive spare parts. This is very crafty and can be proven, the machines break just outside of warranty, Dyson customer services are shocking, just have a look at their reviews as a business on trust pilot, Dyson was once a great brand now is nothing more than cheap plastic, at high prices and designed to go faulty just as you get passed the warranty period. Dont waste your money on these overpriced machines that will last you a little under 2 years and you will need a new one. Im buying other brands going forward. Dyson you are shocking and I hope you loose all your customer base.

I bought a Dyson instead of a Shark. I'm happy with it overall – it runs much more quietly than the Shark – but there’s one thing: the advertised run time was supposed to be 60 minutes, and I’m only getting 37 minutes.

An excellent product. Works well. Love the timer to show how much times left. Three different efficiency levels make vacuuming curtain easy. Great product.

لا أوصى بشراءها و لا التعامل مع هذه الشركة مع فتح الكرتونة بعد حوالى شهر تقريبا لم تشتغل المكنسة و عرفنا إن البطارية الشاحن لا يعمل من المصنع أنا لم أستخدمها و أحاول العثور على الشركة و الله لم أجد لها أثر فى السعودية و لا حتى أمازون السعودية يمكن التواصل معهم و لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله ... أنا للأمانة أحذر من يريد الشركة أن يحذز ... الشركة وهمية ولا يوجد لها أثر على حد علمي و محاولاتى
Stopped working
Not even 1 year passed and vacuum stopped working. Dyson official service rejected to proceed with maintenance as is was bought via Bolo. Can’t contact seller via Bolo or get the invoice.
