Nice features - wireless charging, lights bright/dim/off - same for the display.I have multiple devices and clocks, to wake me and I haven’t noticed this alarm, yet…Downside is not being able to play music from you phone, as an alarm (or even adding/changing more alarm tones).Overall, aesthetics are lovely, the features it has are pretty good and great value for money.I would suggest it would be better for a light-sleeper (I could sleep through a fire alarm…and often do, as I have sever al on different devices!)

Instructions hard to understand, setting up was trial and error. Clock arrives with no charge so couldn’t set up for half a day. Now clock doesn’t hold its own charge so when I took it off its base yesterday and put it back in, the time reset and i can’t set it back up as the buttons are in the bottom of the clock and it won’t turn on unless it’s on the base, making the buttons inaccessible. Charges my phone and watch perfectly well, just now can’t display the correct time.

It's built solid, remains in its spot, and is full of extremely convenient features for a side-table clock. Namely, as I am addicted to it, I love Qi wireless charging - and it does work, even with a decently thick case on it. One thing in particular that's great about this thing is that it shows a super clear charging indicator on the actual clock face, so you don't have to putz about and guess.That alone makes it utilitarian. But it's also extremely visible (or not, per tastes in the moment) in the dark or any lighting conditions, which is great for someone like me who is a real night owl. I also appreciate that it has the lamp mode (though to be honest, the two white modes are not really that distinguished in their level of brightness). But it's enough that my night-blind self can find my way back to bed without stubbing my toes or otherwise causing myself trouble enroute to a good sleep. Alas, it offers an alarm to pain you on the other side, but that's part of its design.The clock is very easy to understand and manipulate, barring one caveat that was really weird to me - you handle the year before you handle any of the other time settings. So I kept missing there was actually something to see. Wasn't helped by the fact that my clock was apparently set to 2023 so I didn't make the association immediately. The switch to adjust the lamp is a bit awkward to hit, in my view - there's plenty of space on the front or top of the clock for a switch to make that happen, even if it's touch based. As it stands I gotta be fairly forceful in order to change the light modes.It also accepts USB-C for power, so that's awesome. I wish basically every plug that could be would be USB-C. It's high time we adopted the standard, and it's capable of working with the vast majority of consumer electronic power demands.Anyway, one thing you should definitely note if you do what I did and just use the chargers you already have lying around/cables, is make sure you have a cable that's properly rated to deliver the power it needs. Especially if you set your phone down properly and just get intermittent charging icon showing on the clock, it's probably because the clock isn't drawing enough juice to support the wireless charging features on this one. I switched my cable and chargers and it was absolutely fine thereafter. Just a HU.I also like that you can practically turn the clock off (visually) if you want to do that so it's not pumping light into your eyes while you're trying to sleep.Anyhow, it's a great alarm clock. It also has a battery in it, to prevent the obvious situation that we all wish to avoid with alarm clocks. I think this extends to turning off the charge pad, in favour of preserving its own alarm functions, though. At any rate, I've swapped it out for my qi charger without regrets, all the better it can preserve time and desk space!========================== Overall View: [😀] ==== - 😦🙁😐😊😀 + ==========================Media Used: Photos and vid of clock.
