The list of "do not use if" instructions meant we were unable to use it. We did try it out before reading them but it was a bit hard on the feet.

First time I've used one.I suffer really sore feet most days and I thought I would try this and all I can say is that it felt great. Massages and heats up your feet helping relieve the pain. It also applies air pressure and squeezes the feet. It helped instantly.Very good product for the price. Build quality is great. Just the perfect size and weightRemote is handy as you can change settings without bending down

Good quick deliver item looks good, unfortunately I can't say how wellIt works as I'm a size 12uk foot and I couldn't even get my feet in the machine I would say anything over a size 9 and you will be struggling
