This is a great brand for getting only what you’re paying for - no nasty fillers and random use of maltodextrin - this makes me happy. The tablets aren’t small but they are that expected yellow colour and I have no problem swallowing them. I’m convinced that they do the job of helping me with inflammation and I am a frequent purchaser from this brand. Good value for money!

Quercetin is a plant flavanol from the flavonoid group of polyphenols. It is found naturally in many fruits, vegetables, leaves, seeds, and grains. Capers, red onions, and kale are common foods containing appreciable amounts of it. It has a bitter flavour, which it seems to lose when it is used as an ingredient in this dietary supplement.Quercetin benefits may include improved inflammation, blood pressure and physical performance. These capsules by Swiss Bio-Energetics are high strength Quercetin, and each contains pure Quercetin in a vegan capsule shell with rice flour and absolutely nothing else. As a vegan I find that info important to know. Taking the recommended two capsules each day would supply 1000mg of Quercetin. They are free from lactose, gluten, wheat, maize, soya, yeast, dairy and GMOs. They are suitable for both Vegetarians and Vegans and the products are manufactured exclusively in the UK to GMP code of practice... all of which info is important to me. This is not a supplement I have taken before, so was keen to give it a try as I suffer from inflammation.The pot contains120 capsules, so this will last around two months, which I feel is enough time to decide if these are going to be of benefit. They are on the large side and contain a yellow, lime green powder. They are relatively easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. I have tried other supplements from Swiss Bio-Energetics and have always been really pleased with them. Quercetin may have a natural antihistamine effect, which will be of benefit during pollen season for Hay Fever sufferers. I have been taking these now for around two weeks and I do feel good. Is it the Quercetin? I don’t know for certain and it is difficult to tell, but I have faith in them. Perhaps this will be a supplement that I will specially take at the time of the year when the pollen count is high.

Quercetin is a flavonoid found in many common fruits, vegetables and some nuts, and believed to be an effective antioxidant. If the diet is low in these foods, or there’s days when they’re not consumed, it’s may be worth supplementing, especially as there’s a range of benefits believed to be associated with it.This supplement contains 1000 mg of quercetin, which is a fairly high strength but apparently still considered to be a safe daily amount. What I like about the product is not only it’s pure status (just being quercetin itself) but its higher bioavailability, because if I’m going to spend money on supplements like this then I want them to be as effective as possible.One thing I’m particularly keen to see is its possible effect as a natural antihistamine, which will hopefully be of benefit to me in the summer months when I tend to get hay fever. Even without that, the other benefits believed to be associated with quercetin still make it a worthy addition to the diet, even just for the antioxidant protection against free radical damage.I’ve had supplements from Swiss Bioenergetics before and was particularly impressed, so am pleased to try this supplement from them as well. Although the name suggests otherwise, the supplement is manufactured in the UK (to GMP standards).Capsules are a sort of speckled-yellow colour, which is a little unusual for supplements. However, it’s just the colour of the extract and perfectly acceptable.An all-round decent quercetin supplement.

I won't go into great detail about Quercetin and the health benefits as I figure anyone reading these reviews are already clued up enough to know their purpose, these tablets from Swiss Bioenergetics are a nice size, easy to swallow and come in a 1000mg dosage with a 60 day supply.They are high strength and they are in an easy to take format with a two month supply at a fair price, so overall I think it's a product that has good value for money.
