Easy to use..comfortable

I chose this eye mask purely based on the reviews. I have a blocked oil gland & was told that a heated eye mask would help to heal the eyelid.I have only used it 3 times up to now but its def taken the burning pain away & it doesn't look as red. I will continue to use it.Its comfortable, not too hot (follow microwave instructions) it stays warm for 8 - 10 minutes.

This mask is so much better than using wet flannels to apply a hot compress. The heat is consistent and is retained for 10 minutes use. My only criticism would be that, on the third time of using, although I kept to the recommended time in the microwave (40 seconds at 600w), the white side has a small hole, which I presume has been caused by the heat. It would be good if you could buy a replacement rather than have to buy the complete package.

Nice mask and quite comfortable, a little heavy on the eye lids. Cools very quickly, mine only stays hot for less than 5 minutes. Kept it as hoping in the hot weather it will stay cool for longer.

This is a really good product. I didn't expect much but on arrival and use I was very impressed. There is a nice moist heat every time after heating and I love it. Also the packaging was excellent. I won't ever hesitate to give them a five stars. Highly recommend for the 100% comfort and effectiveness. Eyes feel relaxed and hydrated (because of the oil release) and vision becomes more comfortable. Helps with dry eyes very nicely.
