I've been using methylfolate capsules for a few years and have noticed the cost creeping up to the point where, despite the advantages, it is now a struggle to justify paying for methyfolate above other cheaper formulations.The Carlyle methyfolate is now my number one choice for methylfolate: the price together with the number of tablets in the bottle means that it is great value for money and I don't have to downgrade to an alternative formulation. There is a four month supply of tablets in the bottle at one per day (120 tablets).These are tablets though rather than capsules and whilst I prefer capsules this is mainly because of habit. These tablets are easy to swallow.The firming and anti-caking agents are listed clearly on the label so it's possible to make a decision about the pros and cons of the tablets beyond the active ingredient. I would prefer less in the way of added ingredients but the tablets are free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives.I would recommend these tablets which will now be my number one purchase option for methylfolate.The best before date of July 2027 (it is not September 2024) is also fantastic.

As I ran out of my folic acid, I started taking these capsules, which are round, small, and the same size as my regular brand, making them easy to swallow. These are 5-MTHF, which is exactly what I was looking for. The bottle contains 120 tablets, offering excellent value for money and they arrived perfectly sealed.
