Really not impressed, the scales are not accurate for either weight or body composition. I compared them with the body composition scales at my local gym, and found that Xiaomi Scale told me that my weight had increased by 1.4Kg after I had been working out for an hour (I weighed myself before and after workout) even though I had not eaten or drunk anything.The Xiaomi Scale also gave a completely different fat/muscle ratio from the professional level scales in the gym. Given that I work regularly, the Xiaomi version was totally unrealistic, it also miscalculated my BMI, making the results highly suspect. I do not trust this project at all.

The media could not be loaded. Having researched the various options of weigh scales that give body composition I came across these. What did surprise me was the cost! I expected to pay upwards of £100 so was amazed to find these at just over £30!Just download the app, step on the scales and voila an array of readings giving your body composition.I have another scale so check the weighing accuracy and it correlates with that.

Çok hızlı bir şekilde ve sorunsuz bir paketleme ile bana ulaştı. Kurulumu elbette çok çok kolay. Mi Home App ile sorunsuz çalışıyor. Evdeki iki kişinin bilgilerini farklı olarak tutuyor. Üçüncü kişi olarak evcil hayvanımızı denedik ve "misafir olarak" mi tanımlamak istesin sorusu çıktı. Çok hafif, oldukça şık.

Ich habe die Xiaomi Body Composition Scale S400 nun seit einigen Wochen im Einsatz und bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Waage sieht schlicht und modern aus – das weiße, minimalistische Design passt gut ins Bad. Die Glasoberfläche ist hochwertig und lässt sich einfach reinigen.Die Einrichtung über die Mi Fitness App (früher Xiaomi Wear) ging schnell. Die Verbindung via Bluetooth funktionierte auf Anhieb, und die Daten werden zuverlässig synchronisiert. Besonders spannend sind die 25 Gesundheitsindikatoren, darunter Körperfett, Muskelmasse, Viszeralfett, Wasseranteil, Knochenmasse etc. – perfekt, wenn man mehr als nur das Gewicht im Blick behalten möchte.Was mir positiv aufgefallen ist:-Dual-Frequenz-Messung wirkt im Vergleich zu älteren Modellen deutlich präziser-Messungen bis 150 kg mit 100g-Schritten – ideal auch für kleine Veränderungen-Die App ist übersichtlich und zeigt die Entwicklung grafisch sehr schön-Auch mehrere Nutzer lassen sich gut anlegen und automatisch erkennen-Schnelle und stabile Messung – man muss nicht lange still stehenKleine Einschränkung:Die Körperzusammensetzung wird nur angezeigt, wenn man barfuß auf der Waage steht (was zu erwarten ist). Außerdem ist eine gewisse Grundfeuchtigkeit der Fußsohlen hilfreich, damit die Sensoren korrekt messen – das kennt man aber auch von anderen Modellen.Fazit:Die Xiaomi S400 bietet für den Preis eine erstaunlich umfassende Analyse, moderne Technik und eine intuitive App. Wer seine Körperdaten im Blick behalten möchte – ob zum Abnehmen, Muskelaufbau oder einfach zur Gesundheitskontrolle – bekommt hier ein sehr gutes Gesamtpaket.
