I use these for my water bottle when exercising. They make the water taste a lot nicer and the do keep me hydrated a lot more than just water alone. They are great to take on the go to the gym or holiday and easy to use. Definitely are effective for me and the value pack is value for money.

These are really nice bursting with flavour. Has loads of vitamins too and really good for your health. It is a great value for money. And effective is class as it leaves you hydrated. I don't want to sound harsh but if you want to enjoy these, get strawberry or mixed flavour pack. As the others are not so nice flavoured and might end up being a waste of money as you might not drink it. It mixes extremely well and doesn't change the texture of water

Love these! I was a bit hesitant at first but these are so tasty and help hydrate.These are brilliant and they aren't thick like some others. They taste amazing, literally like buying flavoured water but with the added extras.Boost energy levels and dissolve easily, they're good to keep in your bag and use them through out your day.Very efficient and love how the come with different flavoursHighly recommend.

Really helpful for my POTS symptomsLiquid I.V. has made a noticeable difference in how I manage my POTS symptoms. Since starting it, Iโve felt more hydrated and stable throughout the day. Itโs reassuring to have something that actually helps, and the flavours taste really nice too โ not overly sweet or artificial. I do think theyโre on the pricier side, but for me, the benefits have been worth it. Itโs become a staple in my daily routine, especially on tougher days. Highly recommend if youโre looking for extra hydration support!
