It's good to see that the packet is 100% plastic free and home compostable. It also reseals perfectly. The serving is 2 per day so you get a one month supply.Although on opening the smell is extremely strong, and can be somewhat off putting, the capsules themselves are neutral and don't leave an aftertaste. They are a reasonable size and are easy to swallow. I haven't experienced any adverse effects from taking them. It doesn't state that you should have them with food, but personally I do.The comprehensive list of ingredients is impressive. It consists of live cultures, prebiotics, botanicals, amino acids, vitamins and minerals creating a good balance to support the health of men over 45. They're also vegan friendly. Effectiveness is good, they seem to settle my digestive system somewhat, so they do actually do something noticeable over a few days.There are no artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners or preservatives as well as being free from dairy, gluten and wheat. It's a little pricey, but I think if money isn't a problem and you like the ingredients, it's going to be worth it.

If you are looking for a vegan multivitamin, these might be the ones for you. They seem to have a good spectrum of nutrients. Compared to others, they seem very vitamin B heavy, though, so do check they are meeting your needs. It's nice to see some probiotics in there too. The price seems reasonable, especially for a vegan product.

These Men's ProMulti capsules come in a letterbox-friendly foil-lined pouch. The capsules are beige in colour and standard capsule size and shape. I have no problem swallowing them with some water. They have a musty smell but no discernible flavour. Neither have I noticed any after-taste or other unwanted side-effects from them.The capsules contain a good range of health-promoting ingredients for men, including probiotics, botanicals, vitamins and minerals. They are particularly designed to support prostate health, testosterone levels and gut health.The recommended serving size is two per day, so this pack of sixty capsules will last about a month. That makes it on the expensive side, but then again you are getting a lot of different ingredients for your money. Nothing really to criticize, so five stars from me.

Ingredients are okay, for the most part, I just can't take this because there's a giant hole in the side, and it came like that in the box because the material used to house the capsules is just plain paper, which means the contents are compromised. I will say the ingredients are pretty good on paper, there's nothing terrible in there that I can see right now, but if any new knowledge comes my way I'll see if I can update this review.There are 60 capsules in this, and dosage is 2 per day with a meal, preferably keto if you can because healthy fats promote the absorption rate of nutrients and from supplements. Had they used anything other than a compostable paper seal, it might not have been damaged in the box, or maybe it already had holes in it at the warehouse, who knows.Based on the price, it's not worth it, 30 quid for 1 month supply means 2 capsules = £1 no 2 capsules are worth a quid.I would make this product better first by changing the material used to house the capsules, it should be a darkened glass bottle with a stainless steel lid and foil sealed at the top. Then the quantity for 30 quid, I would say about 3 months supply would be more correct, there's so much competition for supplements these days shop online and go with cheaper version for similar products.I would say this is best taken after having a healthy fat meal, as the food sits in the stomach, the supplements will eventually join the pack, and help mix with it, 20 minutes wait time is unnecessary, and I'd take it just after food with 0 wait time, with some water.For reference, I would give this product a 4/5 I had to throw it away as there is a gash cut in the paper making a hole in the side. And I would rate 5 perfect if it had 3 months supply for the value in a dark glass with a food safe lid, preferably stainless steel. Essentially, if you have the money to burn, this is a good supplement, but not worth it in my eyes.

I been taking this every day for about 10 days.I am most certain these are helping me with my deficiencies. I went doctors and found out I was deficient in many bloods and also found my fatigue was quite high back then. Since taking these pills, I do feel more on feet, more alert at work and less fatigue overall. I did couple this with other pills however as there are some things, such as B12, which I personaly needed more of.However the NRV's in these are very impressive in comparison with high street multivitamins so I am very pleased with them.Easy to swallow, no issues there.Will have to wait for new blood results in a few months to see if these have actually increased my deficiencies though.

Seems to have all the right ingedients and is nicely packaged.I take issue with the wording that it's packed in the Uk.to me this means its made with cheap labour in the far east then shipped to the UK in bulk where its put in bags.thus I do not trust the source.
