This hand mixer is not as powerful as my old Dualit, and the beaters are much smaller, but so far the results are good. I didn’t want it for mixing bread or cookie dough, and not sure it would have strength for this. The design is simple ( would have preferred any colour to black), although it is expensive for a hand mixer.

The build quality of the product is amazing, it has a great battery and is sturdy enough to last for years. HOWEVER the paddles/whisk attachments do not seat in the drive mechanism properly and as a result whenever you lift the mixer from the bowl while mixing sticky batter etc one of the paddles fall out! This is such a shame and I’m so disappointed! The product could have been brilliant but it’s let down by this one simple but crucial flaw in its design. The weight is ok, the size is a little bit large but it does seem to have sufficient power and speed plus it’s easy to use and fairly quiet. This one flaw though is a critical failure in its fitness for purpose. I’m so sad this didn’t work out because no other worthy manufacturer makes such a product.

Der Handmixer ist kabellos und leise und fängt langsam zu quirlen an.Das ist aber auch schon alles. Nachdem bei diesem Gerät Knetaufsätze nicht dabei sind und auch nicht in der Leistung des Gerätes zur Verwendung möglich sind ist der Preis nach meiner Ansicht überhöht.Ein Knetteig ist mit diesem Gerät nicht zu bearbeiten! Mit den beiden mitgelieferten Quirler würde man sich die Einstecklöcher für die beiden Quirler verkleben, da der klebrige Teig "hinaufwandert ".Wer für den Luxus eines bloßen kabellosen Gerät für Verwendung eines bloßen TEILbereiches tief in die Tasche greifen möchte ist hier richtig. Jedoch für Backfreudige, die Brot, Germteige oder Mürbteigemixen wollen, diese müßten zusätzlich noch ein weiteres Gerät in Verwendung haben.Wenn das Gerät voll aufgeladen istIst die Leistung stärker und mit geschickter Handhabung,z.b. Schüssel schräg halten, drehen und den Teig immer wieder abfangen ist sogar ein Brotteig zu bearbeitenmöglich.
