The media could not be loaded. Not great at all, sitting here doing work at home on the computer and the first cup leaked... thought maybe it was just a bad cup... second one also leaked. Not being thrown or bashed about, just sitting on the desk whilst I drink and work.

We found the cups were heat resistant keeping the soup, teas and coffees warm and could be held comfortably in the hands. No oder or off flavours were present in the drinks from the cups
