I've not slept for a couple of nights and one of these tablets gives me a small lift in spirits to see me through this weary daytime .Excellent value too.

Regular user of this product, I love the quality and combination of the herbal extracts , give me a boost energy and have lower anxiety love it , easy to swallow, definitely recommend to anyone experiencing mood or energy issues 👍

Good mix of supplements in one tablet easy to swallow pills, taken in the morning give a good amount of energy a nice wake up to the day. Feel calm and definitely help with anxiety things don't seem to stress me out as much when I take these. Affordable and last a good amount of time considering how many capsules you get in the pouch. Nice to have a small pouch easy to take with you if your traveling doesn't take up unnecessary space in an overnight bag.

I purchased these more as a trial for helping get better sleep and as long as taken early enough happy to report they do seem to really help and I have less nights of poor sleep. BUT BEWARE, my experience of taking anytime from mid to late afternoon or before bed caused absolutely dreadful sleep and waking up consistently after only one or two hours after going to bed, making much worse the issue of waking up in the night and not being able to drift off again- spending the entire night awake from the small hours. I belive this must be the result of the combination of ingredients. When Taken early enough in the day they seem to help though, i also feel increased calmness and mental alerness which helps with a full on job.
