Recently, I've been under tremendous stress, leading to nightmares and anxiety. Luckily, I received a well-sealed bottle of liquid South African Ashwagandha extract. Instead of mixing it with water, I decided to drop it directly at the back of my throat. Surprisingly, it wasn't as bitter or nauseating as I had imagined. After doing so, I felt a sense of relaxation, and I found my anxiety gradually easing. I felt happier and less consumed by negative emotions.

Good quality product. If directly dropped in mouth then has a pleasant sweet taste. In water there is no taste but gives water a slight brown tint. Not sure if it works hence not 5 stars but I have no complaints as I am using as overall healthcare.Packaged nicely and everything is as described.My only gripe is that if you use according to instructions it will run out fast and it is on the pricey end so I may look for a cheaper alternative on my next order.

This is the first liquid supplement of ashwagandha product I have tried. Although I've only been using it for a few weeks, I've noticed an improvement in my sleep and feeling more relaxed. It mixes easily with drinks or smoothies and doesn't have a strong flavor. Each dose contains 2000 mg and is a 3-in-1 formula. In my opinion, it is well worth buying!

Ces plantes m’ont vraiment aidée l . Je ne fais plus de crises d angoisses sévères qui arrivaient tous les 3,4 mois en général, qui sont , je pense due entre autre à un excès de cortisol ) depuis que j en prend. Car j ai essayé un peu tous les traitements possibles qui n ont jamais rien donné sur le long terme.Je ne peux pas être sure à 100 % sure que c est grâce à ce produit mais en tout cas, ça vaut le coup d essayer !!

Es ist leicht zu sagen “ich habe das Gefühl das es mir gut tut “, aber tut es das wirklich? Oder ist es doch der Plazebo Effekt?Hier kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen ES WIRKT.Meine Smartwatch kann Stress / Body Battery basierend aufgrund der Herzfrequenzvariabilität (HFV/HRV) bestimmen. Monatelang waren die Werte bei mir grottenschlecht. Selbst wenn ich ruhig am Sofa sass oder gar schlief war ich gestresst und meine Body Battery war nie ganz geladen, bzw spätestens Mittags leer.Da Ashwagandha den Cortisol also Stresslevel ausgleichen soll habe ich mal diese Tropfen getestet.Bereits wenige Minuten nach der Einnahme (sofern ich Ruhe gebe) geht mein Körper in den Entspannungsmodus. Wo ich früher die halbe Nacht brauchte bis der Stress nachliess geschieht das nun quasi sobald ich mich hinlege.Nach Monaten ist mein “Akku” morgens regelmässig zwischen 80-100%. Ich bin deutlich ausgeglichener und entspannter.Wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne vergeben.Wird sicher nachbestellt.KLARE KAUFEMPFEHLUNG.
