Arrived next day via Prime, always great delivery. I was surprised how small the vitamins were for 2000ug, making them super easy to chew and swallow. The tropical taste is unusual, not common but not off putting. Additionally the exclusion of artificial colours, artificial flavourings and preservatives is welcoming.The vitamins come in a recyclable and resealable pouch. More environmentally friendly than the plastic tubs, yet to be seen if the seal lasts but I am hopeful.Decent value for money being 180 tablets, however the dosage is 2 tablets daily, so 90 days supply. I’ve just started taking these and I’m hoping they are a success.

A bag of one hundred and eighty B12 tablets. A way to get the vitamin in question daily. You should take no more than two a day. Ideally with a meal. They are chewable. Which is a relief for those of us who find it nigh on impossible to swallow such things.It's one of those bags with a seal on top. So you tear a bit off to get to that. Then you can keep it closed up easily and keep them fresh.The tablets offer immune support and fatigue reduction. They are sugar free and vegan friendly.They are pretty small. Be careful getting them out, as a lot of dusty stuff from them got over my fingers in the process. They are a bit tough to bite on as well, so getting them to go down was a little bit of a battle. Then there is a strong aftertaste. The flavour of the tablets is tropical fruit. Not sure it felt like that.It was quickly gone though. So wasn't a long term issue.Some issues thus with these but they did give me a little pep up. So I think they do the job. Worth having. Especially as mentioned if you can't swallow them.
