Easy to use, adjustable dermal stamp.Do worry that I will bend the needles on repeated use. Would be good if replacement heads were available.

This is great for beginners but please do your research and read the instructions, make sure you use clean hygiene with this product as it has 140 needles, start off small and work your way up, look after your skin before, during and after, wait a week after your first application to see if there is any reaction, don't use if you have a immune system compromise other than that you are good to go. EDIT...So the device broke after the first use, I can't move it up or down and it's on the maximum, I won't bother sending it back now, I'll upgrade to a professional dr pen.

This stamp has 140 needles which gives a good surface area to avoid pain, and feels soft on the scalp. I use it on my receding hairline, after applying a caffeine / rosemary oil serum, and whilst no hair growth yet, I have to say the skin looks pretty good. It has an adjustable length so you can vary the needle depth, which allows for consistent pressure on different types of scalps and also different parts of the face.The needles are sharp, fully aligned and straight, so it creates even micro channels. It feels sturdy and ergonomic to use also. I've mainly noticed better skin texture and less fine lines.I sanitise it with isopropyl alcohol and hot water, and it hasn't caused any issues so far.

The size of the stamp is good to cover a larger area while still being able to have some precision. These are much better to use than the rollers to avoid skin damage, especially if you’re a beginner.The handle has a twisting mechanism that allows you to adjust the length of the needles so you don’t have to get multiple stamps like you would rollers.The design and material of the handle also makes it easy and comfortable to use it. Overall it’s a really good product.

Really good. I prefer this over the roller as it’s easy to use and has more grip. The different levels are a great touch so you can go according to your desire. Good value for money and does the job I need

There is a titanium needle inside. The depth can be adjusted with the rotating part on the back. I was using the standard ones with rotating heads before. I liked this one more. You adjust the level you want and can easily apply it to the area you want. You can feel the needles enter the hair roots and move on to other areas. It is very easy to use and easy to clean. After the needles are inserted and stored, you can close the protective cover and put it away.
