They taste exactly like "normal" noodles. They are a bit pricey but totally worth it. Would highly recommend.

These are the best gluten free noodles in my opinion. I have, so far, made ramen and chicken chow mein with them, and the texture was exactly right - so much nicer than rice noodles. Even my OH loves them and he doesn't need a gluten free diet.

The best gluten free ramen noodles you will find! I bought these for my gluten intolerant daughter as she always feels left out when others have instant noodles.They take a bit longer to cook but are a great texture and it's difficult to tell the difference. Would be good if you could get gf flavour sachets.

As a coeliac who has been wistfully watching the Ramen noodle trend (and trying to recreate my own with rice noodles!) I saw these mentioned on a forum.They are expensive but nice for an occasional treat and oh my god they are delicious. The texture and taste I remember! I could cry 😍

Found these and tried them , 2 packs so far. They are pretty good just like real noodles. A bit pricy but I will buy more. Here I have made a hot and sour broth from the cooking water
