More ports than the competition (Macbook Air), with very fast performance and great battery life. Only slight irritation is a few hold out applications which don't work properly on this device, but they are few and far between, and not on any frequently used apps. Lots of updates seem to be pushed and it's super stable to use. All in all it's a great device.

This is the second Microsoft surface laptop I have gotten from Bolo. Both had the same maddening problem. They turn off unexpectedly making a hottible sound and refuse to turn back on. After having the problem in the first one I went through the stressful experience of sending it back for repair, and when that didn't work, I returned it. Despite the issue I really like the laptop and so bought a new replacement. For the past few days it has been shutting down sporadically. I am not sure is it Microsoft laptops in general or whether Bolo has a stock of malfunctioning laptops, but I feel really horrible about the whole experience of trying to buy a new laptop.
