This is my second purchase of an LG television. They have very slim beautifully made screens. This television does much more than the ordinary buyer would ever need or want from their TV. Sound quality is above average. Although expensive it is worth every penny when you see the quality of the picture. I find it easy to navigate through its different functions. Screen is perfect for viewing normal channels, sport and movies. The only downside was the delivery which was delayed for some reason. My TV sat in the courier’s warehouse for four days before being delivered. It was bought through Bolo who gave a date for delivery which turned out to be wrong.

Handles the moving ball in football really well, which is a failing of out pre-OLED TVs.Sound very good.On the negative side, the user interface is not the best and the opening screen on switch on is cluttered with options/ ads rather than just giving you a tv channel. Switching on subtitles requires about 5 menu clicks - no button on the remote. Maybe I can re-program it but not researched that yet.

Our old LG OLED had started to develop some screen burn so after seven years, the time had come to replace it. We're delighted with the picture and, within the limited options available, the styling.Seven years on and the picture is warmer and noticeably brighter than our old one (a 55 B7 i think?) The operating system was much the same but we don't interact with it much as we use an Apple TV which worked fine. The sound is also much better but again, we don't use the TV speakers much - we use the Apple TV with paired Homepods for Dolby Atmos effects etc.Other than that - not much to say! There's some useable cable management around the back to make it look tidy.One observation and the only reason it's four stars and not five - it took a fair amount of tweaking and playing with menus to get the picture we wanted. I wonder if the 'out of the box' configuration could be better? I know everyone has different tastes, different rooms etc. but nevertheless. I quite enjoy mucking about with configuration but I'm sure many people don't!However - to summarize - this is a great TV and we're very happy with it! And if it does another seven years, then I think that's a reasonable lifespan for a TV.

Brilliant TV - LG OLED TV's are always good.I only brought this one as the OLED i bought when LG first released them many years ago was recently hit by a marble flung by a 2 year old :-(

This TV was advertised with a 5 year extended warranty but neither Bolo nor Hughes will honour this so I am having to pursue via Citizens Advice 😞

Got it for £1150, really good price for a TV that was nearly 2K when launched less than a year ago. Picture is beyond excellent, sound could be better but that's always the case unless you spend shed loads on amps and speakers.

LG publicised everywhere a 5 year warranty fir their TVs... But not mine. In fact, learning the actual warranty duration was a daunting task.Hidden deep on their website, it results that all 2024 TVs have only 1 year warranty, panel included.The 5 year warranty advertised everywhere it's only for TVs years out of production.I should have gone with Sony, I deeply regret my purchase.I had an older LG oled, which developed screen burnin after eighteen months...I pray that this new C4 lasts longer.
