After waiting 2 weeks for this to arrive (one of the longest delivery times I’ve ever had from Bolo) it came damaged and there was chicken broth powder all in the box so unfortunately I had to throw it away but it did smell like it would have tasted nice though.

I take two scoops in hot water (and a dash of soy sauce for extra flavour sometimes) - it’s my breakfast -instead of cereal and gives me energy all morning and I’m losing weight because it helps me to cut out carbs.i
