Luv this watch it's light, very attractive and the material they use for the strap does not irritate like normal strap or sweat.

The media could not be loaded. First thing you should know before reading this review is that I'm a watch guy. An avid collector with 17 watches in my collection.From £25 beaters to luxury watches worth many thousands of pounds. So I know a thing or two about watches.To start let me say what you're thinking - yes I was worried as it is a Chinese watch brand too and I currently own another Chinese watch in my collection, which is isn't world class, but what made me bite the bullet on this was the fact that CIGA Design won a grand prix d'Horogerie de Geneve for their incredible work on their flag ship watch, the Blue Plant.So I thought they must really care, and they obviously certainly do. This watch, the X Series - Eye of Horus is a stunning piece of horology and punches way above its price point. The weight out the box surprised me as its substantial enough to let the owner know it's made of the right stuff yet light enough on the wrist. Looking at the watch is mesmerising - I don't usually like open heart or skeleton watches, which this is, but I absolutely love this.And perhaps the most pleasant part? The sound the watch makes. You know the show 60 Minutes? Yeah it sounds EXACTLY like that.Go ahead look at the video I have posted and you will see they've spared no expense with the packaging and presentation which has been elegantly executed.This is a delightful watch and now easily one of my favourites. If you're thinking about it but on the fence, go for it. For example if this was a Christopher Ward watch it would be £700.00 all day. A stunning piece of horology. Bravo, CIGA Design.

Didn’t know what to expect with this watch but am very happy. The automatic movement hasn’t missed a beat since I first put it on. I will admit it took a little while to get used to looking at a skeleton movement but the lightness and construction of the watch more than made up for those first days of working out where the hands were. Overall very impressed with this brand and the price for a very good automatic watch.

CIGA Design Automatic Mechanical Watch. This is a steampunk inspired Eye of Horus wristwatch which has a really unique and attention catching design.This wristwatch is designed for those that really want to make a statement. It has a back-to-front transparent case which showcases the X-shaped Caliber CD-01 self-winding movement. The bio ceramic case looks great whilst the soft silicone strap is comfortable to wear. I received the black version which aesthetically looks really superb, as mentioned earlier it's a real eye catcher which combines style with engineering excellence.The automatic movement is accurate and holds its time well aslong as you keep it active. With it being lightweight and comfortable to wear it's no chore wearing it overnight and due to it's finish the watch is scratch and shock resistant making it ideal for day to day wear. Finally I have to say that presentation is fantastic, it's obvious that CIGA have put a lot of thought into their branding and it really shows. The quality is excellent, it holds its time well and if you can get it on an offer it is definitely decent value for money. It would make an excellent gift and I'd happily recommend it.

I like the watch a lot and wear it regularly which is quite a feat given I have other watches and I stopped wearing a watch altogether for the last 2 years. It is quite light and the strap is comfortable so I barely notice it is there and even sleep with it on sometimes. It looks great and I would say it both feels and looks like it is of high quality. My only issue is that as an older man who needs reading glasses it is hard to read the time as the edge of the two hands is white and it blends in with all the silver. It would have been better if these were a more stand out colour to make reading the time quicker and requiring less focus.
