The app is quite detailed enough for the average person. You DON'T have to pay a monthly fee to see your own data, and the battery life is great. Data accuracy squares with my Samsung watch 5 and the ring is both comfortable to wear all night and won't have to spend time on the charger just when you want to go to bed. I'm getting more than a week on a single battery charge. I love the charger box, like an earbud case, where you get several charges before you have to plug the case in, so you could travel for weeks without plugging in.If you're worried about scratching the finish, you can buy silicone ring covers to wear to the gym or when you're doing manual labor. Runs a tiny bit smaller then my regular ring size so best to get the sizer kit. It's cheap and ships quick. If you're in the process of losing a lot of weight or your fingers get thinner in the winter cold, you might consider sizing to fit your middle or ring finger in summer and index in winter or when you've met weight goal. If this is not a consideration, I find it most comfortable on the index finger.

Bought this a week ago and i love it honestly, I wear it every day and you don't have to pay for a subscription.It was pretty accurate in detecting when my cycle would start and thats me basing my calculations out of pure luck since i have pcos. It said i would start soon. anyways other than that it is accurate i went to the er and the heart rate and oxygen was pretty accurate would recommend. only thing i wish was different was the matte i wish they would make the gen 1 shiny silver
This is the first version
The ring isn't too bulky which is nice. Unfortunately this generation is the first one, there is now a second. So I kinda feel I got duped. This version is really goo for monitoring some things.Sleep- the sleep monitoring is excellent quality. However I have read that the new version has apnea monitoring and that was why I purchased this version. I don't believe this version has this.Heartrate - It seems accurate but after a week I am having problems. It's not monitoring any of my workouts, which was another reason I purchased. For the first few days it did, but appears to now not do so. I am thinking the new version may have worked out that bug.Stress- the stress monitor appears very accurate. But again it's been showing me stressed rather than my workouts through the duration of my workouts.All in all it's a pretty good monitor, however I paid full price for this version which is now old and outdated. I would have rather paid for the newer one or another product.Props that you don't have to pay for subscription.
My favorite ring ever!
I have had this ring for months now and I love it! No subscription needed. They send updates often and the battery life is amazing. I was concerned about the shape of this one when deciding to purchase a smart ring. This one is slightly squared…but after wearing it and never taking it off unless to charge I understand the logic behind the shape. It is so comfortable! You really dont know its on your finger. Most of the time when i take it off to charge I have to remind myself to put it back on! You dont realize it’s missing! I have no cons for this ring…a half of a con maybe…when i purchased mine you only could get a brushed silver..not a fan of brushed. But the new ones have a polished silver so thats a full 5 star review now. If your deciding between true smart rings, this one is a winner :)
Not nearly as shiny
In a matter of days my RingConn looks tarnished. I take it off only when I shower and when I wash dishes.It does seem to work though. (Might even make me paranoid having all of this body info on hand.)If your fingers swell any though, you may want to go up a size. My ring is a half size larger than I normally wear and it gets tight fast when my hands swell.
