There is a reasonable amount of evidence for the benefits of supplementing with NMN and I certainly haven't seen any adverse side effects after taking these. They are quite easy to swallow and seem pretty similar to other NMN capsules that I have previously tried. I do think these supplements are over hyped but some people and actual researchers do claim that they are very beneficial.

I was interested in this supplement for the cognitive, metabolic and energy boosting support they are designed to improve.I'm a big fan of b vitamins anyway as I always notice a difference when I take them.This is b3 and I've been taking to boost my b complex vitamin that I take daily.I have to say that I do notice a difference, there is no big obvious energy boost, but you suddenly realise that you are doing more and not getting so tired.I am not flagging in the evenings after work, in fact, I'm just as alert as at the start of the day and able to think as clearly. Before I'd be yawning and nodding off and that has stopped.I also like the minimum ingredients, just 3 including the capsule.I've been taking one a day first thing in the morning with a b complex supplement.Will continue with these as pleased with the results so far after a month of taking.
