First of all, I bought this with my own money and I have no connection to this seller or manufacturer whatsoever.I've had back pain for years and I've never been able to afford "luxury" items like this (£40 is a luxury when you're broke).But recently I decided to get one and this seemed like the best design at this price.I definitely wanted one without a battery because that sounds like a house fire just waiting to happen.And this is perfect. Great remote. No battery. Fair price. And no leather (often that can be mislabeled cat and dog skin from China).Having said that I still disconnect unused devices if I'm not at home.Also very importantly, the power connection is two cables that meet on the cable (see photo) - not a fixed plug in the pillow itself where the connector would be almost guaranteed to break if you leaned on it. Very nice.I can tell you now that this feels amazing and that the weight of the pillow itself is enough to enjoy a massage (gentle but very nice). It's pretty heavy. Like a small cat. Maybe 2.5 kilo but I didn't measure exactly.Plus there's the strap which can help you apply more pressure. You can hold the strap with your hands or you can very easily add a Velcro extension so the strap can wrap around your stomach. (Any double sided Velcro that's 50mm wide should work perfectly. Just order a meter off Bolo and cut it to size.) If you're slim you might not even need an extension. I'm 80 kilo and it almost fits me.On my neck the pressure is great with just the pillow. But lower back a bit of extra pressure is nicer but not a must.I'm wearing a thick jumper because it's cold and this device has no problem massaging through the jumper.I can't really comment on pain relief because I'm sure it varies a lot between people with different issues. And I don't even officially know what my issue is exactly.But this is much better than any other devices I have tried, like a tennis ball or a towel or those big foam rollers with bits sticking out of them.The noise is very minimal. A gentle "whurrwhurrwhurr..." sound. Much less than most household air fans. I can easily watch a movie or fall asleep with it even if it's right next to my ears.It has a long 2 meter cable.And the connection between the power supply and pillow is very secure. You need to push very hard to get the two cables to snap together. So it's very unlikely to disconnect during use.And a standard 5.5mm cable connector so you can easily replace the power supply in the future if needed - or possibly run it off a higher quality 12v battery that is external and not some cheap unknown garbage built into the unit (which normally gives products a very limited life span as well). Or it should work great with a 12v car adaptor I think. I haven't tried it.But I think this shape wouldn't fit very well for driving. You'd maybe want a device designed specifically for that. But at least while you're parked it could be great.The included power supply has a 100-240v 50/60hz input so should work in most countries.And 12 volt 2 amp output into the device (search for this if you need a replacement power supply).The remote has it's own cable that is non removable and concerned directly into the pillow. About a meter long. Both cables are thick and should easily last the lifetime of the motors.The options on the remote are:On/off button.Heat on/off button. (Only works when they motors are spinning)Two speeds button. See my video.Direction button.It turns off after 15 minutes which seems to be a feature of all similar pillows. But with this one it's super easy to get it to turn back on because of the remote.The heat is very mild and takes a while to notice. But that's all I'd expect at this price. There are moving parts and fabric layers etc. Can't expect it to also be a kettle and a dishwasher and the secretary of defense.When you turn off the heat the red lights in the pillow turn off. I'm not sure if this is an indication that the warming tech inside is some form of cheap infrared bulbs.Maybe there are units on the market with high quality infrared heaters that really heat you up. 🤔 I've heard IR can be good for back pain.When you just turn it on, it will switch directions automatically every little while. A minute or two. But if you choose direction manually then it will continue to use that direction for the rest of the 15 minutes. That's a nice feature.But the remote has no memory beyond this. When you turn it on it's always the same: Fast speed, heat on, automatic direction switching.So if you need something else you might need to press a couple buttons every time you turn it on. No big deal and honestly I'm very happy with the default settings.I don't know how long it will last but if I get a year out of it I'll be very happy. Though I imagine it should last longer.Considering this unit costs less than an hour with a human massage therapist I think it's a great deal. (I've never been to one so I can't say how they compare exactly.)I think if you use this gently without putting your whole body weight on it 0then the motors shouldn't be working too hard and it should last a good while.The pillow is around 13 x 7 x 4.5 inch in size.And the actual moving area is around 10 x 4.5 inch. And the spinning balls stick out about 1.5 inch from the rest of the pillow.So what next? Well there are massage chairs. Could be great for work. Or maybe a really good dedicated IR heating pad? I need to try more things to improve my back. But I'm very happy with this for the price.

This is amazing! Been debating for ages about purchasing, then after seeing demonstrated on QVC took the plunge. Bolo was less expensive, and another 20% off, free postage plus ordered 10.30pm and it was delivered the next day. Brilliant service. The device itself is well made, sturdy, I was little worried about the weight on my neck but honestly doesn’t feel heavy at all when in use. Love the option of different heat/pressure settings and comfort of use, it feels like someone’s actually massaging my shoulder - I have long term shoulder problems and constant pain - this has helped so much with pain relief. Love the enclosed leaflet showing other body parts it can be used on, would have never thought of calf muscles It’s on my list as one of my best buys

I have sore / tight shoulder muscles from lifting weights, and although I have frequent sports massages, I thought I'd give this a try for the 'in betweens'.For the money this is really very good! It's not soothing, in fact I used it 3 times in one day and felt a little bruised. May have overdone it! The heating of the nodules is also very good.It can be a little awkward to position as it's quite heavy. I've also used it on my feet as I suffer with plantar fasciitis.For the money this is a very good gadget and I'd recommend it.

I saw a similar product being tested and despite the reviewer being quite enthusiastic about it, I hesitated. I am overweight and have back, neck and joint issues. I wasn't sure if this would be something that I could manage to hold in place and I didn't know if it would be able to operate if I needed to prop it between myself and a wall or seat back to help me hold it in the right place. So it sat on my Wish List for months until I saw it had a voucher recently and I took the plunge.I'm a retired holistic therapist and I've been going for regular massages every 4-6 weeks for months. I have two other handheld electric massagers that I don't use as often as I could because I find them difficult to hold or use on my back. And in-between my massage appointments, I often have days when I've got pain and tightness as a result of an activity, but I can't manage to address it myself, so I have to wait it out or wait for my next massage. This massager won't replace my massage therapist (but I wonder if I would have needed a massage therapist if I'd tried this massager a few years ago) - but it is making my time between massages so much more bearable! It absolutely can handle being leaned on - against a wall, pillow, seat back - or I'll pop it under a leg and rest my leg on top or under one half of my lower back and hip. It may take a few tries to get it exactly where you need it, you may need to focus on individual areas and keep repeating until you've undone all the tension, but it is so nice to be able to kick back, get it in position, press the button and do something enjoyable for 15 minutes while the massager does its magic.And it can be plugged into a car cigarette lighter! This actually has me a bit torn - I don't want to give up valuable luggage space when I travel, but I also remember how much pain I was in during my last major trip after being stuck in planes and cars for hours and hours. The mere thought that I could have had this in use during a miserable 14 hour car ride is making me kick myself for not buying one sooner and may actually be the tipping point that convinces me to take it with me next time.Stop hesitating. Buy it. I don't give lengthy, glowing reviews often.

Si bien ya disponiamos de un antiguo masajeador de pies en casa. Tengo que confesar que cuando vi las fotos del de Renpho, me pareció infinitamente superior al que teniamos (obviamente tambien su precio es mas alto).La entrega de Bolo fue rapidisima (un par de dias), y la utilización del masajeador es sumamente sencilla. Aunque trae un sencillo manual de instrucciones, el funcionamiento es obvio.Destacar que calienta el agua (cosa poco frecuente), con lo cual toda la sesion de masaje se realiza sin que se vaya enfriando el agual.Tiene funcion de spa y tambien unos rodillos que masajean la planta de los pies. Pueden usarse ambas funciones simultáneamente.Es muy facil de vaciar a traves de una manguera (sin necesidad de voltearlo), y una vez utilizado no desentona en una esquina del baño pues queda totalmente cerrado y bastante estetico.En resumen, si estas dispuesto a gastar un poco más, creo que es una compra recomendable.
