I love this coffee machine it is easy to use and has an automatic function which makes it very easy to use the coffee pods. Makes a good mug of coffee.

Great machine. Easy to use. Purchased this to replace my mini me machine and I'm loving it. It even has an alert light that tells you when it needs descaling. It looks smart and is quick to use. I would recommend.

Dreadful cup of coffee.I have had 2 previous Nescafe Gusto machines. All different models as the one I had has been superceded sadly.My last machine needed descaling. Unfortunately once I had done so it leaked from the bottom.I replaced it with the EDG226 as it had an automatic cut off.This machine is much smaller and my favourite coffee cup does not fit.It is more powerful and therein lies the problem I think. When I make a large cup of black coffee as my old machine using the same make of coffee pod it was so weak that I threw it away. To get the same strength as previously I have to have half a cup or use 2 pods!! And the taste is totally different to previously. It's ok but inferior to previous machines.Utterley disappointed and I may well send it back.Revised opinion.After two weeks use it now makes a decent cup of coffee. I have no idea why or what's changed.My only gripe, which I will live with, is my large cup ( think Costa shape - medium) barely fits and has to held under the spout otherwise splashes go everywhere. My wife's latte glass only fits if the drip tray is removed.

This coffee machine is so simple to use and make a multitude of different coffees with a simple turn of the dial. The easy access to the water chamber is a game changer, and if you run out halfway though it holds it position until you top it up. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have been using this De-Longhi, Dolce Gusto, Genio, Nescafé pod coffee machine for a few months now, and i love it !!! the automatic shut off (you can select the quantity of coffee by the size of cup you choose) is a real bonus, as you can walk away from the machine knowing it's not going to spill over !! it is a compact design, i fill the water tank using my fluted latte glass, I use a long latte glass (see photo) it only just fits this machine (my old dolce gusto machine was taller) - However it does fit and thats all that matters - highly recommended.

I loved this machine at first. Then I became concerned at the price of coffee pods as well as the fact that they are not recyclable. After a bit of research on Youtube I learned how to make better cappuccino without a machine. I's very easy, all you need is a milk frother and a moka pot, or even instant coffee. Perfect cappuccino at a fraction of the cost and no waste.

Ho acquistato la Genio S per avere una macchina da caffè semplice e veloce da usare ogni giorno, e devo dire che sono davvero soddisfatto. La macchina è piccola, elegante e molto intuitiva: basta inserire la capsula, scegliere l’intensità con l’anello luminoso e in pochi secondi il caffè è pronto. Il serbatoio è facile da rimuovere e riempire, e lo spegnimento automatico è una comodità in più. Anche la varietà di capsule Dolce Gusto è un grande punto a favore: caffè, cappuccino, latte, cioccolata… ce n’è per tutti i gusti e la qualità è costante. In sintesi, è una macchina pratica, veloce, bella da vedere e perfetta per chi vuole un buon caffè senza complicazioni. La ricomprerei sicuramente!
