Economical makeup brushes for the win!
I love this little set of makeup brushes! My daughter has taken to pretending to play dress up and uses plastic straws for her "brushes". However, after being poked in the eyebrow, chin, and nose repeatedly with the straw, I decided that rather than punish her, I'd help her out by getting her an inexpensive set of makeup brushes to play pretend. The brushes arrived on time and in a nice box. They're small, fairly slim, and a nice green color. The brushes seem to be of decent quality, though I don't use makeup brushes, so I can't tell. What I do know is that they feel much better than a plastic drinking straw against my face and my daughter loves her new brushes.
Great price, and works very well
I should say that I did not purchase these brushes for makeup. I'm using them to paint 3d printed models, using a technique called "dry brushing". I was told it works much better by using different makeup brushes, instead of proper paint brushes. In that respect these work great. The brushes haven't lost any hairs, and the result and cleanup has been very easy with water, using acrylic paints. Will certainly purchase this product again
Inexpensive but good enough
I was surprised by how soft these are. I got them for crafting as cosmetic brushes are amazing for blending and specific tasks and this wasn't expensive. I got these for a party with crafts and small children. They did survive the toddler brigade. They're an excellent price and I had no shedding issues at all.I did need to trim a few long hairs and not every brush held its shape on transit but for the cost? I am fine with that. They're not amazing quality but they are very good for the price point, have a good variety of options, and do their job.
Good, sheds hair a little
These are pretty nice brushes, they have a good feel in the hand and I’ve had them for a while and there’s no paint chipping from the handles. The I did notice some shedding of the bristles but did not notice any odor that some other reviews mentioned.
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. They all fell apart after maybe 2-4 uses
