Ordered 2 of these, 1 had a smashed microphone and the other speaker didn't work. Contacted their customer services on the details provided with the delivery asking for a replacement. It has now been a month and they haven't done as they said - numerous phone calls and promises to collect and replace just haven't happened. We now have children performing in Christmas shows but no working speaker - they just don't care and continually lie about what they will do.I would give a zero star review if I could
