I have been on a weight loss diet for just over a year, so far I have lost 79lbs but the past two months I found the weight loss had really slowed down, lucky if I had lost 3lbs a month. I walk a lot and try to exercise as much as I can as well as trying to eat healthily. When I saw that I could have carbs with these tablets without and detrimental effect on my diet I was more than a little happy about that. I think I have a slow metabolism as I really do keep to healthy eating.The capsules arrive hygienically sealed and there is a clear list of ingredients and dosage instructions printed on the container. All you need to do is take 2 per day prior to eating a meal containing carbohydrates. I only have carbs with my main meal so that is perfect for me.I have been taking them for a few days with no side effects. I haven’t weighed myself since I started taking them but will update this review with my (hopefully) progress soon.

I've been trying to reduce my sugar intake for a while now, but I thought I'd benefit from a little help. These capsules have helped me resist temptation and have also helped my blood sugar levels plateau more than they used to. Although not cheap, to me, they're worth it as the idea of developing diabetes was a real concern.

I have been diagnosed as being pre-diabetic and so have been trying to improve my diet and my lifestyle in an effort to reduce my blood glucose levels and lose some pounds. I have been taking these BiOptimizers Blood Sugar Breakthrough tablets for about two weeks so not very long and probably to early to tell if they are of benefit. I cannot confirm any significant weight-loss yet however, my blood glucose levels have definitely been lower. Before taking these capsules, my average blood glucose levels were 7.2 mmol/L whereas, for the last 10 days, it has stayed at around 5.2 mmol/L. Of course, this may be coincidentally due to other factors but it does seem encouraging. Certainly encouraging enough for me to trial these over a couple of months. They are quite large but easy to swallow and I have not experienced any adverse side effects. I do seem to have a little more energy of late but that could be co-incidence or even just wishful thinking on my part. I have to say I find these capsules a tad expensive and if I start to take them long-term, I may struggle to afford them but if they live up to expectation and make a positive improvement to my health, some would say, they’re worth it and I would likely have to try to budget for them.

I am a big fan of chromium as I know that works for me but has limits as it doesn't work all the time, your body gets used to it and will crave sugar eventually.When I took 2 of this before a meal though was nasty to take, absolutely revolting I personally got hungry still after taking these. The reason was it depends on what you eat which is the key to preventing your blood sugar from going up.This did work in the sense that the smell and taste of this pill is absolutely foul, I took the pills but realized all I needed to do to put me off from eating any type of food in general was just to sniff this bottle, but taking it also made me feel like vomitting. So congratulations it worked but at the price of putting me off all foods for a while.I could get into explaining why this is about diet and blood sugar levels whats best to eat etc.. but Bolo representitives seem to want to censor me as I'm going off topic. just do some research on it yourself.These pills ingredients aren't miracle worker and its certaintely not a breakthrough, they do work but not the way you think and only for a limited time were very disgusting to take. 3/5 Decent for putting me off eating that in turn did help blood sugar somewhat, but so not worth the value of 50 quid. I was going to rate 2 but the smell and taste did put me off food.

I have an insulin issue. I can cope with sugars, but the body takes more time than a normal person to bring my blood sugars back to where they should be. I use Berberine to deal with the issue. Berberine works very well, it also aids the liver and so helps the pancreas process sugars and excrete insulin. I had very high hopes for this product. I used it as directed and found it had no real effect on my blood sugars. My BS would rise, as it normally does, but it then remained higher than it should or would if I was using Berberine. After using this for a week, my resting blood sugars were staying higher for longer. This is not as effective as Berberine and is far more expensive. I find it very difficult to recommend it.

These US made capsules use a vegetarian shell which I am happy about as I avoid gelatine. On the package they are marked clearly as being vegetarian. The third picture currently on the product page also states that it is suitable for “vegetarians and vegans”. However, this supplement contains Bee Propolis which is a product I would imagine vegans would avoid as it is generally not considered vegan if taken from a beehive as opposed to a tree. You get 60 casualness here and they recommended daily serving is 2 capsules so you’re looking at it lasting just a month. It’s an expensive supplement but with many health and weight loss benefit claims.

60 capsules, instructions state 2 to be taken before each meal.The capsules are medium sized, I had no issues taking these, I'm just taking them once a day before my main meal - otherwise they would only last 10 days, seems costly for a small supply.I've been taking them for a week now, I can't see any noticeable results yet, I am exercising more, I feel less tired - not sure if this is due to the extra exercise or this product, I've not lost any belly fat though.

These 2 a day, months supply of capsules are large and not my favourite to swallow. They don’t have a good aftertaste and I find that they don’t sit very well with me after digesting. They do however, make me have less food cravings and as a result, could probably help me to lose weight. Expensive for a supplement and I’m really struggling to swallow 2 a day comfortably.

I monitor my blood glucose and when I started taking this over average berberine I observed a rapid regulation in my blood glucose after meals. I highly recommend this.

I'm am an avid believer and user of supplements, but reviewing them is problematic, and my results may not be your results for these reasons:1) I am not a laboratory scientist, I do not play one on tv, nor do I know one, so who knows what’s exactly contained in them.2) It is difficult for consumers to see any actual difference in how you feel within a few days to a couple of weeks. Some supplements take as much as ninety days to see results.3) Even if we do notice a difference, we all take other meds or supplements that may affect our results one way or the other.4) We all have different physiologies, and are just different in so many ways (lifestyles etc). But we can hope for the best when we see others having positive actions going on, that are attributed to said supplements.So my personal non doctor opinion of my own results:No negative results to report so far
