Arrived boxed very carefully and with screws in their own clearly labelled blister packets so no sorting required. Instructions very clear and concise with easy on the eyes diagrams. I'm a fat old person with no technical knowledge but it only took me 45 mins on my own to put together. On putting the seat in and bolting it down, I could have used some help but it was not impossible to do on my own. It is very comfortable, roomy and sturdy. I realise the padding might go down over time due to use and general wear, but that is normal. I would buy again from these sellers as it is money well spent. Looks great too. I am 5'6" and at its lowest the chair is perfect for me. I have not yet used the chair to the full height to comment on it just yet.

As someone who works from their desk for 12+ hours a day, I've been looking for a new home office chair for a while now. After quite a bit of research, I stumbled upon this chair which seemed like a good option given the positive reviews. In general, the seat cushion is very comfortable and the chair was easy to assemble; however, I have a few notable concerns for the rest of the chair. The flip-up armrests are a convenient feature, but they sit far too low and do not provide me with adequate arm support (they sit ~4 inches lower than my previous chair). Similarly, the headrest sits at an awkward spot for me in particular (despite trying all adjustments) and is therefore not comfortable for me. The lumbar support, while adjustable, sits far too low for my frame, even at its highest setting (for reference, I am 5 ft. 4 in.) - I'm unable to sit up straight enough and get the full benefit of the lumbar support (which is extremely disappointing, as lumbar support is the main feature I was looking for in a new chair). While this chair may work for others, it wasn't a great purchase for me personally. I really wish there was a way to try it out first, as I would not have purchased it if I could've tested it.Edit: Shortly after reviewing the chair, customer support reached out and were very kind & helpful. I've updated my rating from 2 to 4 stars to account for the great customer support.

I've had a few cheapo office chairs from Bolo and Argos and always regretted them and ended up replacing with something that promises to be a little better after a few years. I did consider just biting the bullet and buying a Herman Miller for £1000 as that's what everyone says to get but I thought I'd give a cheap option one more chance first and I'm glad I did.The chair arrives in a large box and took me about 30 mins to put together with the very nice included ergonomic hex wrench (no flimsy cheap allen keys here) although if you have a drill with a hex socket, use that instead to cut the time in half as some of the screw threads are quite long.I was extremely impressed when sitting in it. The cushion is really wide and thick and plush and offers a lot of comfort. Time will tell how it'll hold up but so far it feels great. The mesh material for the back is so much better than any of the fake leather (i.e. plastic) chairs I've had before in terms of both comfort and breathability. I really like the adjustable and then lockable lumbar support: all the other ones I've had have been a cushion that is attached flimsily and keeps sliding down: this is rock solid and very comfortable. The headrest is also comfortable although I have it in the top position and I have to lean back to use it so not very useful for day to day work. I also have the lumbar support in the top position and I am 178cm: if you are taller than 180cm (6ft) I'd recommend another chair.The included castors are nothing special but they use standard mounting system so I was able to mount the rollerblade-bearing castors from my old chair just fine and it absolutely glides now.

Buying a chair online for your home office is hazardous. Unless your employer is generous, you’re on a tight budget self funding one of the most important items for your workplace. Save a few pounds and risk something cheap and nasty or overspend on a chair that provides poor support and lacks comfort and you have blown a lot of money on a poor choice.There are few opportunities to try office chairs in a store before you purchase so it’s important please to do your research and choose carefully. The online community here are good with answers and for this purchase, the Sihoo customer service was really good at giving answers to my questions about how adjustable this chair is and its key features.I bought this M102C chair a month or so ago and have used it daily and it is really comfortable and supports me really well, especially my lower back. The seat cushion is nice and thick, the back rest and head / neck rest give great support and I can lean and tilt back when required very easily and in a controlled way without tipping backwards or fiddling constantly with settings. Another nice feature is the adjustable arm rests which also provide good support and comfort.It is a very well made, extremely comfortable chair and has all the right functionality for me so I’m very pleased with my choice. It was also within my self funding budget and available at a reasonable price so I did not have to overspend. In addition, it looks really smart, modern and a nice design.Assembly took me about half an hour but that’s because I take care with everything and read the nice, clear instructions properly. I did not find anything too fiddly or complicated and everything arrived very carefully packaged and in good condition.I can highly recommend this Sihoo chair to anyone looking for something similar and there is plenty of choice for most budgets if you fancy any of their other office chairs.To sum up, the M102C is really comfortable and a great addition to my home office, I’m very pleased with it and it’s one of my very best Bolo purchases.

Mon expérience avec SIHOO :J’ai acheté ce modèle en 2021 pour mon bureau à domicile, et après 3 ans d’usage intensif, j’en suis toujours très satisfait.La chaise reste confortable même après de longues heures, le soutien lombaire est efficace, et l’appui-tête bien pensé pour les moments de pause.Les réglages sont nombreux (dossier, accoudoirs, hauteur) et faciles à manipuler, ce qui permet de vraiment l’adapter à sa posture.Pourquoi j’ai racheté la même marque en 2025 :La première m’a convaincu par sa fiabilité, son confort et son bon rapport qualité/prix.Du coup, pour un second poste de travail, je suis resté fidèle à SIHOO sans hésiter, et là encore, pas déçu.Conclusion :Très bonne marque

Der Stuhl ist preisleistung technisch wirklich hervorragend. bequem, optisch modern und schön und knartscht auch kaum rum. allgemein fühlt sich alles für den preis hochwertig verarbeitet an. auch dass alle schrauben kategorisiert und einzeln verpackt sind, erleichtert den aufbau enorm.ein teil war herstellungsbedingt beschädigt, aber der sihoo kundenservice hat mir sofort mit einem ersatzteil weitergeholfen. noch nie hatte ich einen so rebungslosen austausch.absolut empfehlenswert

Dopo aver provato sedie da gaming in pelle e sedia ergonomica deciso di provare con questa sedia dall’aspetto interessante. Il cuscino è in memory foam e per me che passo almeno 8 ore seduto fa la differenza, infatti da quando uso questa sedia non ho più alcun dolore. Il cuscinetto lombare è di una comodità unica inoltre è regolabile facilmente, lo stesso vale per il cuscinetto alla testa. Ottima anche in estate in quanto la sedia è traspirante. Io che sono alto 1.65 posso considerare questa sedia molto comoda. Un altro aspetto positivo sono i braccioli reclinabili ottimi per assumere varie posizioni per stare più comodi.Super consigliata a mio avviso i migliori 150 euro mai spesi. Non mi aspettavo una sedia così di qualità a questo prezzo

El envío por parte del vendedor, ha sido rápido. No tanto la agencia de transporte (UPS) que acabó dejándola en un punto de recogida sin tan siquiera pasar por casa estando en ella el 100% del tiempo y tocándome a desplazarme a mi a por ella. Le daría al transportista pereza entrar en la urbanización con ella en brazos.Pero bueno, es algo que está al margen del vendedor como es lógico, salvo por el acuerdo con la agencia.A lo importante: La silla es muy sencilla de montar, en 20/25 minutos la tienes lista. Aunque tengo experiencia en montar ya algunas sillas para uso particular, si no la hubiera tenido, con seguir las instrucciones que vienen muy bien detalladas se hace muy sencillo el montaje.La silla viene perfectamente embalada, cada pieza bien conservada en papel de burbuja y cartones protectores, como podéis observar en las fotos subidas.Me ha gustado el detalle de los tornillos, que vienen en un cartón con la nomenclatura y no sueltos en bolsas. Detalle genial, enhorabuena!En cuanto a la comodidad de la silla debo decir que cumple perfectamente su función. Teletrabajo el 100% del tiempo y luego dedico algunas horas a jugar. Vengo de una silla Gaming, que está nueva, pero que acababa dejándome dolores por todos los sitios. (Cosas de la edad también) Los materiales son de muy buena calidad. El asiento es grande y ancho. Yo soy delgado, así que me sobra espacio. Los reposabrazos puedes subirlos, buen punto, porqué así a la hora de guardar la silla debajo de la mesa no golpean con el escritorio. Además puedes abrirlos o cerrarlos hacia los lados en función de la comodidad que busques con ellos. El tejido es transpirable, así que será genial para los días de calor.El respaldo es muy cómodo y el soporte lumbar se ajusta perfectamente al igual que el respaldo para la cabeza. Si bien es cierto que cuándo subes la silla al 100% los pies ,si no eres muy alto como yo (1,67) cuelgan un poco, pero como tengo reposapiés e incluso a veces me siento al estilo "indio", pues me va perfecta igualmente.Si eres muy alto y te sientas muy atrás, la cabeza sobresale del reposacabezas y no es muy cómodo ya que el borde final se te clava en la nuca, sin embargo, puedes sentarte un poco más hacia adelante, que el respaldo lumbar y el de la cabeza lo puedes ajustar y te sujeta igual de bien. (10 cm más)En resumen, aunque llevo un día con ella, tiene porte y es robusta, cómoda y funcional. Precio calidad excelente. Buen producto, buena silla. Repetiré en el futuro con esta marca. Recomendable 100%
