Directions
1. Wet the toothbrush bristles with water. 2. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the bristles. 3. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. 4. Brush gently in a circular motion. 5. Brush the outer surfaces, inner surfaces, and chewing surfaces of all teeth. 6. Brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen breath. 7. Brush for 2 minutes, twice a day. 8. Rinse your mouth and toothbrush thoroughly after brushing. 9. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or sooner if the bristles become frayed.
